Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring author, Dominick Thompson, whose path in life and the plant-based space are nothing short of incredible. It will be an evening of delicious food and engaging conversation as he shares his inspiring story and discusses his cookbook, Eat What Elephants Eat. You get one copy of this wonderful cookbook with each ticket. Enjoy mingling, a buffet featuring Spirit Elephant's delicious offerings, as well as one of Dominick's signature recipes, along with light beverages. The evening will be capped off with an inspiring speech from Dominick, followed by the opportunity to have your copy of Eat What Elephants Eat personally signed. Dominick Thompson is a prominent advocate in the ethical vegan and No-Meat Athlete movements. An Ironman triathlete and social entrepreneur, Dom reentered the workforce after his imprisonment and went on to compete in endurance races, including marathons, triathlons, and ultra-races. He eventually became an executive at a leading healthcare company, where he saved enough to launch Eat What Elephants Eat, an online nutrition and wellness program that offers subscribers a personalized, plant-based meal plan with daily meal recommendations.

Such a wonderful, upscale, eco vibe vegan restaurant with outstanding food!!! Everything was super yummy. Only thing constructive is that the “blackened” mushrooms weren’t blackened at all. They are just on a skewer with other vegetables and some of them had a little blacken seasoning on them. Still tasty as a veggie skewer but I was expecting a legit blackened mushrooms where it’s covered with the seasoning.

This vegan food is unbelievably delicious!! I am not a vegan but we took my daughter who is a vegan. I can't believe how great this food is! We had gone there a few years ago but will now make this a regular visit. It is amazing the flavors that come from a vegan cooking style. The crab cakes taste like regular crab cakes. Plus, the menu is really diverse ands we had a hard time choosing. But it doesn't matter as all is fantastic. Now the service. It is absolutely top notch. Very knowledgeable serving staff and regular table visits by management to make sure all is great - which it is! Plus they all had smiles from the reception to the servers to the bus people. Looking forward to returning soon. Go and enjoy!!!

Our visit was for my birthday as we have done before. Coming here is always a treat as it is our favorite vegan restaurant. The service was attentive and quite friendly as always.

Wonderful food and good service. The carrot cake was delicious. From the bar, they probably have the worse pour of scotch I’ve ever seen. It’s rather embarrassing that they need to do that!
