    We had a wonderful experience at spinners. We have been going there over the 4th week for over a decade. It’s always a wonderful experience and the food is delicious !! You cannot beat the views either.

    Sure, here’sSpinners, clean up your act! Everyone knows you have a great experience with the view and dining area, but come on, who's managing the place? Clean your host stand and the walls—the window sills haven't been cleaned since, what, 1979? There are broken tiles in the bar area and lights just hanging. What's going on here? The food was subpar for the price. The wedge salad was fantastic, but the steak was not on point at all. There are a lot of positives about this place, and it wouldn't take much to be top-notch. The drinks were spot on, and the service staff was excellent. However, attention to simple cleanliness would make a huge difference!

    Our waiter David was outstanding and cater to our every need. He was very knowledgeable about the menu items and drinks. He checked on us throughout our meal to make sure that everything was satisfactory to our taste. The view was everything and more. We would highly recommend

    Excellent food and service. Our fourth visit and it is not going to be our last. The restaurant and the Beach resort are excellent.

    My boyfriend and I went to dinner at Spinner’s for his birthday on 6/30. I made a note on the reservation informing the restaurant that I was going to be bringing a birthday cake. When we arrived at the restaurant, the host did not greet us. She just stared at us coldly until I stated that we had a reservation. The first thing that she said was, “I saw your note about the birthday cake. There’s a $35 cutting fee. Is this something you want to proceed with?” in front of my boyfriend, who the cake was supposed to be a surprise for. They could’ve called me ahead of time instead to discuss this, especially as I made the reservation several days in advance. I also wouldn’t have brought a cake if I knew about this $35 cutting fee as it was more than I paid for the cake (it was small & only for 2 people). I was very taken back by the host and I did not feel welcomed at the restaurant whatsoever. Luckily our server, Heath, was great. He was very personable and although the food was slow to come out he made sure to give us updates on our orders. Overall, I was not impressed by my experience so it’s unlikely I’ll ever return to Spinner’s.

    Food was great. Waiter David also was terrific. All staff helpful. The only thing was the hot coffee my husband didn’t like it.

    I've been a foodie in Tampa Bay for the past several decades. I'm not sure how I missed dining here, yet I finally made it there. Everything was SPOT-ON spectacular. The cuisine, service, view, wine list, EVERYTHING except for the extraordinarily loud, booming and offensive music from the floor below. I cannot recommend it for a fine dining experience or celebratory dinner unless they stop the madness and remove this painful, dreadfully obnoxious noise from the environment.
