The Spice Box is a student-run restaurant associated with the University of Illinois hospitality management program. The restaurant is located on the second floor of Bevier Hall; 905 S. Goodwin Avenue, Urbana, IL.

Each Spice Box meal has two fixed menu selections, a four-course option known as the Prix Fixe and a two-course option known as the Special. Prices are determined by menu offerings and vary by meal. Specialty wine and beverages are available. The restaurant is open most Friday evenings and some Wednesday evenings during the spring semester.

Had a reservation on Bayou Night. The service was excellent. The muffuletta dip was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the heat in the gumbo and catfish. The coffee drizzle on the Icecream with the perfectly fried beignets was perfect!! I wish the spice box ran all year long! Will definitely come back next year!

Spice Box never disappoints! My only issue this year is that reservations are all booked up for the meals well in advance - long before menus have even been posted. It's difficult to get in! I'm glad it's so popular though, and hope everyone shows up who says they will. I'm looking forward to the final dinner on May 1st!

Dining at Spice Box was a wonderful experience! The meal at Jinjja Good was delicious, and Caelee and the entire Spice Box team did a great job with the planning and execution. The environment was warm and comfortable.

Katerina's concept was visually stunning. The entire Spice Box crew did an amazing job. The food and service were wonderful.

Wonderful meal. Excellent menu. Service was spot on. The lamb was wonderful! Room decorations provided a nice ambiance. Love seeing the creativity the students bring to the evening.
