    Spezia dining rooms are designed to have a warm and comforting feel. Complete with a wood mini bar, original artwork, wood table tops, carpet, and a Bose sound system. For groups under 20 guests full menu or limited menu is available. For groups over 20, an appointment is requested so that a menu can be discussed. Room “R” has a big window facing the main patio, and a private patio for guests. This room can be used for groups between 10-30 guests. The room has a $100 (M-TH) or $200 (F-Sat) charge that is waived if $1500 or more is spent. Room “W” has original art work, a wooden bar, and an impressive wine display. This room can be used by 25-50 guests, with a $150 (M-TH) or $300 (F-Sat) room charge or $2500 spent. When both rooms are opened up, they can accommodate groups up to 100 with a $250 (M-TH) or $500 (F-Sat) room charge or $3000 in food and beverage. It’s important to reserve the rooms as soon as possible, they do book fast.

    We booked a table based on reviews and I’m so glad we did. Keondre is an amazing ambassador for the restaurant and the kitchen really shined. Wonderful pacing of the meal, delightful salads, and delicious main courses…and we loved the homemade tiramisu.

    Both my wife and I ordered off of the special of the day sheet. The food was just OK. We expect better from this place as we eat there quite often.

    Our server Connor was great, and the food and drinks were, as always, delicious. The 3 young adults at the hostess counter were mediocre. First, there was no greeting when we came in for our 4:30 reservation. We don’t expect much, but an acknowledgment of our presence (“hello”, “hi, can I help you?”) would have been nice. There was only one other table seated when we arrived, I asked for a booth and we were begrudgingly given one, but were told we needed to be out of it by 6:10pm. That allowed us more than enough time, but would it have sat empty until then had we not requested it? When we did leave (with 17 min to spare), the same 3 were at the counter. Again, no acknowledgment. It’s unfortunate that the host/hostess are the 1st and last people you see.

    We had an amazing dinner, the Pork chop is legendary! Enjoyed the atmosphere, service also from the time we walked in until we left. Great experience.

    Spezia is the best restaurant in Omaha, hands down. My wife and I had a wonderful lunch, it is the kind of restaurant where you could blindly point on the menu, and know that you are going to have an excellent meal. We don’t live in Omaha anymore, but we will always come back when we are in town.

    First time in a long time at Spezia. I ordered the rack of lamb that came with three ribs plus mashed and veggies. She had a salmon piece with sides. All was most tasty. The service was superb. The martini was good. We will return.

    Excellent service and food!!! Server Heather was very nice and did a great job! Only problem we experienced had nothing to do with the restaurant. There was a large party behind us that had a crying child. Rather than take the child outside as most polite patrons would do. They let the child continue to cry for at least 25-30 minutes. Finally someone, who looked like a grandparent took the still crying child outside.
