   This was the third time that we have tried out Speer’s steakhouse, and unfortunately, it will be the last. The service is not sufficient for the type of restaurant they are trying to be as an upscale steakhouse and the food is nothing special. I’m great with an expensive steakhouse as long as it delivers to expectations, but this is no more than your run of the mill overpriced, poor value steakhouse.

   Everything was way too salty for me. Salmon was overcooked.

   First time here was a great experience. Honestly, we read the reviews and was a little hesitant based on the mixed reviews. Service was a little slow at first, but the servers were all very attentive, polite, and engaging. Food was fantastic. Did the bourbon tasting and the lobster Mac and cheese with the beshamel was wonderful. I had prime rib and was a little over cooked but full of flavor and not too salty as prime rib can be. Both our entrees were not as hot as they should of been but not worthy of sending back or making a fuss. Overall, it's not Napa Prime but definitely one of best choices in the cranberry/seven Fields area.

   Steak lacked flavor-no seasoning on it, but it was cooked to the temperature requested. Also had the scallop special which was overcooked and rubbery. Drinks were fair, mixed salad was good, service was adequate. Would like different portion options for steaks. Was really hoping we’d have another local restaurant to go to, but very underwhelmed and we will not be returning.

   Celebrate a special event here. Food is delicious and service is top notch. A bit pricey in the dining room but very special.

   It is so delightful to have a restaurant like Spears in Cranberry. They truly are a top level steakhouse, offering all levels of steak products from prime fillets to Wagyu. The rest of the menu is of the same quality, offering fish, lamb, pork and wonderful sides. The service was excellent. Tanner was our waiter and he made our evening delightful. Everything from the tablecloth to the silverware to even the restroom is point on. Thanks for being in Cranberry

    We went to Speer's Steakhouse in Mars for our anniversary and it was one of the best, most LIFE CHANGING meals I've ever had in my life. Everything is made in-house, from scratch. The gorgonzola dressing on the salad was the best dressing I've ever had in my life and the Seabass was top-notch. Colleen and Kinsley our servers were also 5 stars. Amy the manager was so warm and kind, this is absolutely our new spot.
