Very disappointed. We had reserved a high top table, but when we arrived we were told to just choose a table on the patio as they were preparing for the jazz inside. The menu didn’t match what was on the restaurant’s website. The jerk chicken skewers tasted more like teriyaki. The fries were floury and mushy. The bathroom floors were sticky. We will definitely not repeat the experience.

The appetizers, drinks, main course meals were delicious. Our server was very friendly and courteous. The only issue we had is that it's way too dark. I don't see as well in the dark and my husband has very low vision. We constantly had to use the flashlight on our cellphone to read the menus. This was my first time at this be and my learned lesson about "Speakeasy" atmosphere. This is definitely not for us.

Got the wrong entree even though they doible checked and never marked off my attendance for my reservation so I got an email.

It was well beyond what I was expecting. Much better than I could have imagined. Special entertainment made it even better. Magician on Mother’s Day! Who would have thought. Family party at its best.

Another amazing supper at Speakeasy Tapas! Great service, ambiance and food. 5th time there in 3 months and it never disappoints. Great music btw!!

Great place with live music and delicious food. The beef tataki was delicious very tender. Was my first time will definitely come back next time we are in Ottawa.

L’ambiance est super mais la nourriture est plutôt ordinaire. Le personnel est sympathique mais nous nous sommes fait servir notre entrée après que le plat principal est arrivé!

Great food, great, friendly staff, great atmosphere with a great live show! Will be back for sure, and won't be driving so I can try the cocktails. For the Market area and given the upmarket feel of the place the bill was a lot less than I would have expected for the quality so really good value as I've paid about the same to go out to a generic meal at a chain restaurant.
