   The food mostly was excellent. We order the Oxtail Hummus (amazing); dry aged snapper (overall good, but hazelnuts seemed out of place), Baum Cuon (outstanding), Spanish Octopus (so good), Pork Secreto (was served below Luke warm; outstanding flavor, but food temp was a bummer), and the carrots (some were not cooked through, the ones that were were fantastic). I had a Spirit of Suzume (great cocktail, tart but satisfying). We also ended our meal with the Vietnamese coffee (greatly composed dessert with a ton of complimenting elements). Our first there courses came out fairly quickly, and there was a long pause to them mains. This was most likely why the pork came out below temp. They remade it for us, but for the accolades this restaurant has, very disappointing and nothing but remaking was offered, also a bummer. Overall and excellent meal, that including some mis managed elements. Hopefully next time it’ll be better.

   A wonderful dining experience. Food, staff and ambience are all great. We had the amazing steak tartare and some killer sourdough bread too. A absolute don’t miss restaurant that everyone should try

   Amazing food, especially the pork Secreto and the Oxtail Hummus. The service was awesome. Felicia was helpful and friendly. Everyone had a great attitude. A definite must-do in Vegas!

   Excellent. Family style service is best to try everything. Portions are smaller so probably need an extra larger plate to share.

   Truly extraordinary. Service thoughtful genuine and impeccable. The food was fascinating and delicious. An absolute stand out and must try experience. Felicia couldn't have been more excited about the menu and proud to share. Don't miss this

   We are so glad we left the strip to find some exceptional food! Drinks were unique and delicious and the food was inspiring. Service was also exceptional, waters were always full and table always clean. Our server was very helpful in answering our questions and giving us recommendations. Great way to spend our Vegas winnings!

   It is well worth getting off the beaten path of the strip to find this gem of a restaurant. The ambience fantastic, the service above and beyond, and the food is absolutely amazing!

   First of all, I would like to thank the reservation team that had accepted to change a party of 4 to a party of 8 last minute. Service is remarquable… food is just amazing! Try the oxtail hummus, steak tartare, endive salad with crisp pork is just soo delicious!!!! Cocktails are really well done …. 10/10!!!! I would go again and again and recommend 1000% … thank you, thank you for this remarkable experience

    The tasting menu was very good. Loved the squid ink risotto and the ox tail hummus. Wine choice was great. And server was smart, professional and knowledgeable of menu and wines. One of the best dining experiences in Las Vegas. Will definitely return.
