This will be the only menu available this evening, but we will be able to make accommodations for dietary and allergy restrictions. Please note them, or call the restaurant.     Overall the food was great. The only dish that was extremely underwhelming was the Kanpachi. It was disjointed and the flavors were majorly lacking. Our issue with the entire evening was the service. Our server didn’t show up for 15 minutes once we sat down, then it took another 15 for our drinks to arrive. He didn’t take our food order and we had to flag down one of the extra bus boys to have him finally come take our order after we had already been there almost 40 minutes. He never came to check on us, we would be empty of drinks for so long before he would notice and come back. We had to ask for assistance from the bus boy a few times and due to this it really sort of ruined our evening. Had the service been better it would have been a great night. It took us over 2.5 hours from start to finish and we didn’t do the tasting menu. This was way too long and we both said we wouldn’t be back because of the lack of service.

    Almost perfect. Save for waiting to be greeted at the hostess desk for at least 5 minutes and then a nearly 10 minute wait for them to set-up the table, the service was great. We loved the food with the only exception being the broccolini, which I enjoyed, but my wife was not so into the fennel that wasn't listed as an ingredient. Still, really tasy. Drinks were creative and delicious. Wines are ridiculously overpriced for a 4 oz. pour (I mean, WTF is THAT about!??). But, if you're okay with exobitant prices, they do have a nice list. I'd still just stick with cocktails. This is a great dine in Las Vegas.

    Outstanding cuisine and service delivered in an elbow to as hole dining room w a noise level reminiscent of standing next to a SuperMax jet engine. What does Sparrow want to be? A loud boisterous neighborhood dive bar or a $600 a couple fixed price dining experience? At the $600 price point u have to deliver on every level. Service-check. Food- check. Ambience-a total failure.

    This restaurant should have a Michelin star. The food is creative and absolutely delicious! Our compliments to the chef. Skip the Vegas strip and come here! We ate at a Michelin star restaurant on the strip the night before we ate here, and it was only half as good as Sparrow + Wolf for twice the money. We were amazed that the wine pairing menu wasn’t much more than it was, and our waiter gave generous pours. Speaking of our waiter, Ridge was on top of it and extremely happy and attentive. We were well taken care of. We will absolutely eat here again the next time we are in town.
