D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.

    Incredible food - we had a group of 11 & tried almost everything on the menu. Nick the sommelier was a huge highlight with excellent recommendations for the group. Cocktails were great as well!

    Great spot! They really did a good job with the aesthetics which is completely unexpected. The ambiance is also very nice here and the food is different but very eye opening! Definitely would come back here again 🙏🏼

    We sat at the bar and had the most enjoyable experience. The food blew us away. We opted out of the tasting menu and asked questions/took directions from a very knowledgeable bartender (Drew, you are amazing)!

    This was our second trip to S+W. It was excellent, again. We shared several plates: oysters, snapper, ox tale hummus, duck, fois gras, beef tartar and octopus. The octopus was our main and excellent, but the snapper, duck, fois gras and beer tartar were so good they would have been the best dish at any other restaurant we've been to recently. Their flavors are so innovative. Nick is the sommelier. Super unpretentious and very earnest and enthusiastic about his craft. Instead of ordering a bottle of wine, we split several different glasses throughout the dinner matching the dishes. Nick's guidance and service makes what would otherwise be an excellent dinner, an unforgettable experience. While Nick was the highlight, the whole staff was excellent. They just crush the service. Basically, S+W is as advertised - it's a neighborhood restaurant that gives you a Michelin star experience without the cost or pretension.

    Good and service was spectacular as usual. I haven’t been back in sometime and it was truly a treat to experience the various bites, I hadn’t tried before

    Every dish is delicately crafted such that you'll experience flavor profiles and textures you've likely never imagined. The food is 5 stars all day. My only gripe and the reason for 4 stars, they don't have a double door so any time a party enters the building, it creates a massive draft sucking in cold air. And that cold air seemed to flow directly over the table we were sat at. With current weather conditions being below 40, it became quite formidable. We asked to be moved to the dining room with the fake fireplace to be out of the wind, but we were denied due to other large parties having booked it. That's understandable, but at the cost of our comfort and enjoyment of the atmosphere. All I could think about was how long it would be until the door opened again. Also, the second round of dishes took a considerable amount of time to arrive compared to round one, there was a 20-30 minute period of time with no food on our table, after having constant dishes brought out and assured the next round was being prepped and about to cone out
