D'après les éditeur·rices d'OpenTable : After years of fine dining on the Strip, James Beard semifinalist Brian Howard took the party to Chinatown, and opened his own restaurant Sparrow + Wolf in 2017. A globally inspired menu of wood-fired cooking includes dishes like fresh-baked sourdough, hand-rolled pasta, and innovate plates of seafood. With a dramatic black-and-gold space, a monster mural of a wolf, and late night entertainers, it’s just the right amount of Vegas.

    Truly an exceptional experience outside the strip. Not a branded cash grab. Chefs really care about what they are feeding you. Tasting menu was worth the wait, an exceptional mix of many cultures, blended seamlessly but with care for the original intention.

    Had friends and family from out of town. Everything was perfect even found the perfect bourbon to complement my meal. There were six in our party and everyone got the attention they needed from the staff. Thank you S&W

    What an amazing experience. One of the top 3 food experiences of my entire life. Ruby was a fantastic waitress and helped make our experience absolutely amazing. The lamb was some of the best I have ever had.

    Our experience dining at Sparrow + Wolf was incredible! The chef's tasting was superb and we would highly recommend it. The service was outstanding by everyone. It was definitely worth every penny!
