We were disappointed. For an upscale restaurant there were no tablecloths on most of the tables in our dining room. Wooden table top had wear and tear scratches. Plates and silverware were not sparkling clean. There were just two of us and our table was right by the servers door. Plenty of other tables we could have been seated at. Noise level was high. Food was good but our appetizer (eggplant Parmesan) was barely warm. I know I could have complained to the server about all of this but personally feel uncomfortable doing that. I usually just try to make the best of it.

The food was wonderful, very rich Bolognese sauce. Our server was super friendly and helpful. The jazz music was a nice touch. We'll return!

Consistently excellent service!! I have been here several times for business meetings and they never disappoint. Food is always served hot and fresh. I've tried several items from their menu and I have never had anything I didn't like. But I do miss the lobster ravioli! Service is always excellent. This is why we keep coming back!!

The food was excellent but a bit on the expensive side so check their menu before you go to make sure it is what you want. My only complaint is the noise factor on the five nights a week they have jazz concerts in the concert area -- it makes the dining side so noisy that it is impossible to have a normal dinner conversation with people seated at your table. They need to wall off, or door off, the concert area so the noise stays inside that area and doesn't affect the dining area. If you go for lunch, or dinner on the two nights a week they don't have jazz concerts, then it is not a concern. But the noise level is an important factor for dining on the nights they have concerts if noise is a concern to you.

As always the staff went out of their way and the food was perfection. We were celebrating my cousin’s birthday and she was in town because she’d just lost her dad. The Spaghettini staff from management to the valets heard and just loved on her so much she had tears of joy as she left. I’ve always loved Spaghettini, but this moved my soul and I will always love them for this very special kindness when it was most needed. ❤️❤️❤️

Excellent food, whether it was the Chilean Seabass, the Rib Eye steak, or the spaghetti with meat balls. An excellent peach appetizer also! Server did a great job. The jazz is not overwhelming in the area of the restaurant outside of the live show ticketed area. Since a member of our group has hearing aids, this was important for conversations.
