Picanha
The picanha lies above the top sirloin areas. Can be easily distinguished by the thick layer of fat.
Sausage
Minced pork, beef, or other meat encased, it is grilled and seasoned.
Filet+Bacon
Steak wrap in bacon.
Leg of Lamb
It is a large, lean, and tender cut, which is cooked using dry heat methods, such as roasting.
Ribeye
It´s a beef steak from the rib section. Is both flavorful and tender, coming from the lightly worked upper rib cage area.
Pork Ribs
The spare ribs come from the belly. This is basically the bottom half of the ribs. These ribs are a long triangle shape and are served grilled in barbecue.
Chicken Breast
A chicken breast is actually the underside of a chicken when it is up and wandering about. It could be the whole or half of the breast deboned.
Picanha+Garlic
The picanha lies above the top sirloin areas. Seasoned with garlic, for a tasty & healthy variation.
Fraldinha
It´s a cut from the abdominal muscles or lower chest of the cow. It forms an amazing crust while keeping the inside nice and pink.
Chicken Legs
Chicken legs are made up of the thigh (the portion above the knee join) and the drumstick. This cut has more flavor and juice than other chicken cuts like breasts.
Filet Mignon
Filet mignon refers to thick slices taken from the tenderloin or eye fillet. The meat is extremely tender and very lean.
Beef Ribs
Consist of rib meat separated from the bone. Full of beef flavor and fall-off-the-bone tender.
Lamb Chops
Come from the rib, loin, sirloin and shoulder of the animal. Cooked individually over a grill or a barbecue.

The service was incredible. Came here for my man’s birthday. Amazing food, 14 different meats to eat and try. The salad bar had many different options. The drinks and desert was delicious. Would recommend to everyone. We were very pleased with the price for what we received.

Amazing food. We’ve had better service. Got a look from the server after giving him a 25 dollar tip on a 108 dollar bill. Sorry I’m not showering you in money like the aristocracy in Lakeway. I felt like my tip was fair. It’s as much as I could afford. You’re why people just don’t tip. You’re as entitled as the demographic you serve.

Not much of a selection of meats. Having been to several Brazilian restaurants, this one was the most expensive with the least amount offered. Christian, the manager was great, our waiter, well….we can say we have been there and done that. Not sure what all the hype was about going but we did.

A fantastic restaurant with exceptional food! The service is always impeccable. Always welcoming, friendly and ready to do anything they can to make your experience special. The meats are cooked to perfection. The Picanha house specialty (top sirloin), the spicy sirloin, beef tenderloin and lamb chops are my favorite. Though the many other meats are also delicious. This is our fun go to restaurant, and they also have great small plate offerings during their happy hour. Wonderful place!
