Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Guests can also expect an innovative cocktail menu paired with an extensive wine and sake list.

In this 12-course tasting menu, your culinary journey will take you through the flavors of China, Thailand, Vietnam Korea, Japan and beyond. Wines and Sake can also be expertly curated per course. Like any occasion at Soy Cowboy, the new weekend brunch will set the stage for a celebratory culinary experience complete with a pan-Asian menu boasting east-meets-west flavors and refreshing boozy libations. Enjoy dim sum, sushi, stir-fries, Korean fried chicken and waffles and cowboy steak 'n eggs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

Food was pricy but amazing. The service was just alright primarily because everything has a charge that usually wasn’t told upfront like the fresh wasabi being an option but we weren’t told that it was an extra cost of $10. However the food, ambiance, decorations, and drinks were top notch. I’d recommend for a good special occasion or treat.

Our main server was great but he had an “assistant” server (a first for me) who was younger and not as attentive. Also they provide wet towels, but usually, at other places, there hot, these were cold and rough. All in all, great experience, great food, great ambiance!

It was recommended by a friend and hands down top 3 place to eat in Arlington. Drinks were superb. Food was amazing. Nothing that was par.

Overall a great experience however, however the music could be turned down abit so table talk can be more easily done without having to compete with both neighboring conversations and music! Also, double check complementary desert offerings with allergy restrictions which were identified at the beginning of dining experience but admittedly overlooked by the server! Paying attention to details is what validates a so called “great dining experience”!

We did the experience which was multiple courses. It was expensive. Very expensive but still a lot of fun. The staff was very accommodating to us and everything was done very well.

What an incredible, fun restaurant! The Korean BBQ ribs were DELISH and the Kobe beef paired with the premium sake flight was phenomenal. Can’t wait to come back!
