Atmosphere was great and the restaurant is beautiful. The service was very slow. We had to ask for drinks as we completely ran out a couple of times. The food is really good though and we chalked it up to just it just being an “off” night.

The waiting area could use some updating. You have sit right next to other table which was awkward.

Food was amazing and tasty, came out promptly! Ambiance was superb, very beautiful and classy inside. Will be back again!

Food was amazing!! All the favors in the food were just right. Had the lobster Dim Sum the broth was so yummy you had to finish every drop. Can not wait to go back.

Everything was amazing and had a lot of flavor the lobster was my favorite with a side of fried rice

Phenomenal. The food was incredibly flavorful and vibrant. Everything was plated beautifully and dishes came out fast. The staff was beyond lovely and the venue is huge and very beautiful. I’m honestly very happy to have final found incredible food down in Arlington. This will definitely be my go to now.

This is seriously one of THE best restaurants ever! It is difficult anymore to find this level of quality of food and service. Everything we have tried here is simply delicious. And the service is fantastic! Soy Cowboy is one of our favorite restaurants!

We had the wagyu gyoza, a couple of sushi rolls and orange chicken. Everything was superb! The service was fantastic!
