Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Like any occasion at Soy Cowboy, the new weekend brunch will set the stage for a celebratory culinary experience complete with a pan-Asian menu boasting east-meets-west flavors and refreshing boozy libations. Enjoy dim sum, sushi, stir-fries, Korean fried chicken and waffles and cowboy steak 'n eggs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

The lobster wonton and hamachi chili were our favorite! Our least was the snow crab, it was good just wasn’t our favorite. The salmon sushi roll was 12/10! From service, food and ambiance, everything was amazing!

Server is as awesome as, best server experience I’ve had in many years! Very informed about what items are, but how to maximize the experience by sharing, just fantastic! Food was delicious, ever item was well cooked and truly delicious! Relative to any other option in the area it was the best by a huge margin.

Enjoyed our first night here, we came back the next night and requested the same server because she was amazing. We ordered the chili garlic edamame, shrimp fried rice, sweet corn and the cocoa-nut for dessert.

5 stars. This is one of the best restaurants in Texas. Had the lobster, calamari, rock shrimp and sashimi platter with 3 rolls. ALL sublime. Service was astounding. Atmosphere is incredible. Even the restroom is amazing .

Steven was our server and he was super attentive and took great care of us. The restaurant is beyond gorgeous and chic. Definitely a great spot for gathering with friends, a date night or girls night out. The spicy watermelon martini was good-good and refreshing. For appetizers we had the lemon pepper calamari and edamame fried with chili garlic and my girlfriends had the Korean ribs and they said they were amazing. For entrees we had the shrimp fried rice and it was a 10/10 and the miso marinated black cod was oh so tasty too. The lobster wonton was a bit soggy in my friend’s opinion and was a “NO” so that got sent back to the kitchen, so pay attention to the teriyaki butter broth, it’s kind of swimming around in broth. Can’t say enough about this spot. Parking was horrific on a Friday night and valet was a convenient option because Soy will validate valet parking. So know your parking plans before you go or Uber if you can, much easier to get dropped off.

The food was absolutely great. The surfer was really good and gave us great recommendations. We very much love the atmosphere. Perfect for a anniversary date and they also have a lounge area for a little bit more casual setting. We will definitely be back!
