This is seriously one of THE best restaurants ever! It is difficult anymore to find this level of quality of food and service. Everything we have tried here is simply delicious. And the service is fantastic! Soy Cowboy is one of our favorite restaurants!

We had the wagyu gyoza, a couple of sushi rolls and orange chicken. Everything was superb! The service was fantastic!

The food was delicious. Service was a little slow. Took over 15 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Food came out sporadically and not at once. But delicious and I would return

Food and service is top notch! Came in with some friends and had the chicken dumplings (fire), fried branzino (incredible), and the shrimp fried rice (insane)! We can’t wait to come back!

Went there for the first time before a Rangers game. The food was outstanding and we would highly recommend finishing dinner with the dessert platter ! Jonathan took amazing care of our party. Will definitely go back !!

This is our second time here recently and we loved it again just the same as the first. This time we celebrated a birthday with our children. Our waitress was so sweet to bring us dessert. It was amazing! The one thing I can say that was consistent between our two visits within the last three weeks is as the night went on, it was harder and harder to get cocktails. We waited about 30 minutes both times for our last cocktails. This time we ended up just cancelling them. For a restaurant with such a good cocktail menu, this needs to be done better.

We went for brunch and decided to go through the menu piece by piece sharing chili garlic edamame, snow crab tacos, Korean bbq ribs and Dim Sum chicken dumplings. Each was well prepared and our service understood what we were trying to accomplish and helped with recommendations as needed.

My family of three dined here for restaurant week. It was our first time there and we will be back! We had a wonderful experience. Our server was funny and personable, just made our night. A tip for those who haven't been here before, you can use the valet to park and the restaurant will validate your parking if you've spent more than $50. We had so many things but these were what stood out: rock shrimp tempura, hamachi crudo and the spicy tuna roll.
