Soy Cowboy is an upscale and sophisticated pan-Asian concept, transporting guests on an adventurous tour through the flavors of China, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Japan and more. The menu includes a selection of sharable plates exploring classic Asian cooking techniques including traditional sushi, tempura, wok, robatayaki, hibachi and teppanyaki, as well as Korean barbeque. Like any occasion at Soy Cowboy, the new weekend brunch will set the stage for a celebratory culinary experience complete with a pan-Asian menu boasting east-meets-west flavors and refreshing boozy libations. Enjoy dim sum, sushi, stir-fries, Korean fried chicken and waffles and cowboy steak 'n eggs every Saturday and Sunday from 11am to 3pm.

If you have not tried Soy Cowboy you should. Food quality and presentation was delightful. Great flavor and cooked perfectly. The only down side was I ordered a drink and asked for a double and received what I believe to be served compared to others orders at my table to be less than a single. This is why I give them 4 stars

Brunch was incredible! The chicken and waffles with Korean hot sauce is my new favorite thing to eat. Servers and management were so nice. I can’t wait to come back with my friends next week!

Server didn’t greet us for 15 minutes. It was not very busy. Had to ask the hostess for a server and was served by someone else. Original server never acknowledged our table. Replacement server was fantastic.

Exactly what Arlington needed! Sexy and sleek! The atmosphere reminded me of an upscale city restaurant, food was great, good drinks, excellent service!

Incredible meal. Some of the best sushi that I have ever had. Sammi, Our server was amazing. So knowledgeable and kind. She gave great recommendations as well. We had: Himachi Chili Tuna Tartare Truffle Kanpachi Roll (this was incredible) Yellowfin Tuna Roll Highly recommend and when I'm back in Dallas, I will be sure to visit again.

Service was extremely slow. We visited back in August when they first opened and experience was wonderful then. This time it was extremely slow from the point of the waiter coming over to some of the food coming out. When we asked our waitress about our appetizer which we had ordered at least 20-25 minutes prior and our other food had come out, her response was that it was coming from a different kitchen. Seen the manager several times and not once did he stop by to greet us or ask how things were. Overall poor service.

The tomahawk ribeye was amazing as was the shrimp fried rice. I would just expect better service especially considering our check for 4 people was pushing $900!!! I held my menu the entire meal as it took up space in the table and was never collected. No refills of water. Waiter was missing most of the time. He did disclose in the beginning. “Just so you know I’m busy so don’t expect much”. Um….ok.
