Food so-so. Service not great. No specific assigned server to our table so none of the 3 seemed to own our table. Our drinks were empty long before ours meals arrived & no one brought us water. When we flagged one of the servers down she gave us attitude & said she was getting to us. She had blonde-ish hair in a ponytail with tinted glasses.

I'm so glad I picked South Branch to meet a friend and colleague I hadn't seen in a long time. We spent two hours catching up, completely supported by outstanding service thanks to Adrian, good food, lively atmosphere, and fair prices. Adrian was completely patient with us. He kept an eye on us and really listened when he came over. It got quite busy over the time we were there; he never faltered in timely attention and outstanding service.

Awesome spot by the river - the food is average, not expensive though, you get what you pay for. Great spot for happy hour.

Nice venue outside on the river. Servers were pleasant. Soft drink was flat and I had to ask for a refill twice when it was clearly empty. Food was just ok. I had the burrata and chicken sandwich - mostly greens, maybe 4 oz of chicken and very little burrata.

The food was good but the service was horrible. The server didn’t come back after taking our order. We had to hunt her down to pay. Empty drinks the whole meal and even though we wanted to order more food, we didn’t get the opportunity.

Good experience and always a big fan of South Branch, but hit on one of my pet peeves - getting my order wrong when there is an allergy involved. Not a severe allergy so I don’t make a huge deal of it, but could be for others and happens all the time (not just this experience at South Branch) and blows my mind that it happens at food establishments these days.

We were right next to a happy hour group and it was so loud we could not hear each other at the table to hold a conversation.

South Branch is an appealing looking spot but it is horribly loud. If it is just two people dining, you might be fine. We had a table of 4 at lunch and could not hear each other. They desperately need some sound absorbing panels. In addition, we all ordered salads and they were all dripping in salad dressing that pooled in the bottom of the bowls. Very disappointing. The server was attentive and good. That is it that was good about our experience.

Prices are really high and then a 3% charge is added to the bill. While the food and service was good, I can't justify paying $30 per person for lunch.
