    we had the bottomless brunch , the food was brilliant and the Prosecco was definitely bottomless , i would highly recommend this for the money

    Pretty bad experience from the get go. We didn't know we needed a reservation upon arriving at SOUND. We approached the front reception desk and asked the guy could we get a table, to which he responded, "no, not a chance", with a pretty rude and snappy demeanour. We had a disabled guest and elderly guests with us, so we really didn't want to have to walk for miles to find somewhere else suitable, with gluten free options for the gluten intolerant guest. So, we looked online to see if we could book a table for slightly later on in the day, and we found one for 10 minutes later (we could also see there were multiple tables free). I returned to the snappy receptionist and told him we had found a table for 10 minutes from now, he was still hesitant to help, and said they only had high chairs available (not ideal for disabilities and elderly), but upon looking at the seating area with him, I noticed 2 tables with lower seating, asked him could we just sit there, and apparently that was fine with him.. they were free. I have no idea what his problem was, whether he just couldn't be bothered, or didn't like our persistence. Anyway, onto the service and food. It took an insanely long time to get drinks and food, with drinks being forgotten, meals coming out 15 minutes after everyone else, having to grab our own cutlery from another table, and a final side order item being forgotten from the order until we asked and were almost finished eating. The food itself was ok, basic, not worth the price, and portion sizes were extremely varied from meal to meal. It's a cool spot inside, but as hospitality staff, we really don't know what they're playing at in terms of customer service. It's a joke, and we'd never return. The guy on the reception desk shouldn't be allowed to greet customers.

    Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. I’d reserved a table but when I arrived & tried to check in (I think I was at the SOUND cafe), I got vaguely gestured towards the sports bar. When I arrived at the bar, staff were all busy but nobody looked up or smiled or asked me if I needed any help. I joined what appeared to be a queue for drinks at the end of the bar &, when it was my turn, explained I had a reservation. I got told to go & speak to a host & was pointed to the other end of the bar. I asked a lady if I needed to wait to be seated or if I should just sit down - she looked a bit perplexed & told me just to have a seat. I then had to get back up again to go & order my food & drink as it didn’t seem like anyone was going to come over which was a bit awkward as someone travelling solo. When my food arrived it was very tasty; got a pizza which was lovely but very expensive! I did expect that due to the restaurant location but wasn’t especially happy that a service charge had been automatically added given I didn’t feel I’d really had good service. Overall it all felt a bit chaotic - the server who brought my pizza put it down & then picked it up, thinking he’d put it on the wrong table & then asked me if I’d ordered a pizza! I don’t think it was anyone’s fault - the staff seemed very busy & it must have been difficult for them to keep track of everything - but I’d probably be reluctant to return.

    The staff were so over run and the place was packed for the England game! They were sold out of what we wanted to order they also told us any drinks we ordered would be a 20 minute wait!! The atmos was really good and the staff were really trying, we always love it here but it was really over crowded and we didn’t get our booked table until 30 mins late after having to put real pressure on the hostess to even get seated then

    We had a reservation to watch the Euro quarter finals, when we arrived we had to wait over an hour for our table in a queue. It was chaos and no information, the staff had no idea what was going on. They had clearly overbooked and didn’t have enough tables. We missed the first half of the game and when we were seated the table didn’t have a clear view of the screens, we were next to the kitchen and had people constantly walking / standing in front of us blocking the screen. The waiter was lovely and clearly not his fault but overall so disappointing. Don’t take reservations if you don’t have space available, we booked well in advance.

    I am a visitor from Australia and a regular visitir to London. I booked a table for 2 specifically to watch the Monaco GP. I added that note to the booking. The booking was accepted. When we arrived at the Sound bar we told them that we had a booking to watch the GP. They welcomed us and showed us to the table that was reserved for us. They told us that we could sit anywhere though because all TVs were showing the GP and no-one else had booked a table. The bar was empty. After a few minutes two other groups came in to watch the GP. After the GP had started, a lot of people came in and, about one hour into the 2 hour GP, some of the new arrivals asked for the Soccer to be put on. It was explained to them that the Sound Bar only had one Skysports licence and so could only put it on the soccer if they turned off the GP. I explained to the manager that we had specifically booked a table to watch the GP. They had taken the booking and also served us lunch, knowing that we were here for the GP, along with 6 other people. The manager apologised but said that more people had come in to watch the soccer and therefore he would go with the majority. I explained further that since we were the only ones to have booked, at that our booking was specifically for the GP and that in accepting our booking they were committing to showing the GP. He simply said that he thinks it best to go with the majority, despite none of them booking. And so we could stay to watch the soccer or leave and find somewhere else to watch the GP. I told him we would leave but that I would not pay for the lunch or drinks we had, and I also suggested to the others that were there for the GP to also refuse to pay. To his credit, the manager accepted that, but regardless, I missed the remainder of the GP. I will not go to the Sound Bar for any reason and will actively encourage others not to go. Advertising that you show all the F1 GPs is false advertising unless you actually show all the F1 GPs in full.

We understand your frustration. While we aim to be the ultimate destination for sports fans, showing every single game on request can be tricky. Although we can switch the channel to most sports upon request, we can only guarantee those listed on our website. Even with our recent upgrade to two Sky Sports licenses, there can be limitations during peak times. Looking back, we could have communicated this information more clearly during your booking or upon arrival. We apologise for the confusion and disappointment this caused. Please keep in mind that while we aim to show as many sports as we can, requests during bookings are not guaranteed. We recommend inquiring with one of our SOUND hosts before booking, either in person or via email. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.     Booked a ‘Sports Bar’ for the England v Brazil game - walked in to be hit by a truly terrible odour , open drains type of smell - Sat down to order drinks and food but checked first that the game would be on the screens - yes but with no sound on as there will be live music - That’s when we left . Sports Bar , really ?
