Welcome to Soule to Soule (pronounced Soul to Soul), an intimate soul food tapas restaurant where you create the atmosphere to soulfully connect through savory dishes, a mocktail BYOB experience, and genuine conversations. As the sister restaurant to Soulé Chicago we’re incorporating some of our crowd favorites while introducing new additions to the menu.

Every detail within Soule to Soule was envisioned with you in mind while checking in with the people we love, or engaging in a genuine connection with someone special for the first time. Soule to Soule is all about creating an ambiance that’s top tier as our souls align through good vibes only.

It’s always a pleasure to eat at Soulé. Between their two locations, we’ve had most everything on the menu and never encountered a bad dish. I recommend the fried green tomatoes, bbq jerk wings, Cajun salmon bites appetizers, and for entrees; the fried chicken, fried catfish and lollipop lamb chops. My favorite sides are mac’n’cheese, greens, asparagus, and potato salad. My family raves about the shrimp and salmon dishes, especially jerked. This location is the original restaurant and smaller and more intimate. I really like its vibe and it’s byob. The Roosevelt location is bigger with a full bar and craft cocktails. I’m a big fan of the owner/chef.

This location is very intimate there is no more than 15 tables. When my husband and I arrived at 6:45p on a Tuesday we were the only customers there. The catfish, Mac and cheese and sweet potatoes were DELICIOUS!!! My husband had the lamb chops with the same sides and he enjoyed as well. We both were STUFFED when we left. The atmosphere was laid back and intimate. The waiter was pleasant and we will DEFINITELY come back!

Wonderful atmosphere, great food! The one complaint I had was reservation app should be more specific, so we know which location we're reserving for.

This is a great black owned restaurant to visit. I was visiting here from Dallas and decided to try this place. The inside is beautiful and simple. I ordered the catfish sliders and they were cooked crusty, just enough seasoning and fresh. Be sure to order the soule punch. The drink wasn’t too sweet or bitter, just right!

The fried catfish was great. Also, the Mac cheese and the greens were delicious. I will going back soon.

Small Birthday Celebration 🥰Enjoyed ourselves great food, music and time. We had the lamb chops, salmon & shrimp, honey glazed chicken.
