Our story started on the beautiful coast of South Sicily and later transformed to another beautiful cost of Clearwater, Florida.
Chef Nello born and raised in Catania, Sicily and has wide experience with his restaurants in Italy.
Soul Sicilian Fusion is his first restaurant in USA.
Name SOUL mean that main ingredient in each dish is LOVE!
Fist opened in September of 2019 we decided that most important in our restaurant is high quality local produce, fresh fish, and Authentic Italian recipes.
Each wine is carefully chosen and displayed in our wine menu by the region it’s from!
We are happy to see you in our restaurant and want you to have best experience ever!

    The snapper special was delicious. Just the right size portion, balance -and taste, but I’m addicted to their “pinsa Romana”. More like its own type of flatbread than a pizza. Definitely going back for more.

    I really enjoyed my meal. The food was great and so was the service. Nice little extra touches were nice. I will definitely be back!

    The food was very good, but our waiter was grumpy! It was also warm inside, so the ambiance was lacking.

    Service was impeccable and attentive. Wine selection was very good. We had the Soul Salad and it was 90% Spinach very little of anything else. We had wanted a Cesar salad but it was not on the menu. We had been before and got Mussels which were great but again not on the menu. Pizza was overloaded with cheese but crust was very good. Not a very good Margarita pizza overall. Given our past experiences at the restaurant, which were very good, we will probably try it again.

    Great service. The owners are very friendly. Excellent Sicilian cuisine. The pastas were fresh. The ravioli dish had a little too much truffle oil. One of the best pizzas we’ve ever had. A few desserts were not available. We were there twice over 3 days while visiting Clearwater beach. We do recommend this restaurant.

    Wow, amazing food. The owner was present and very helpful and insightful. Food was fresh and intentional. Will definitely return.

    Coming from NY its been hard to find goor authentic cuisine. This place is a hidden gem. The pasta and food is fresh. The specials are excellent. Definitely need to make a ressie on the weekends.

    Great service and atmosphere. This was a great place to go before concerts at the Capital Theater. The menu was varied. The pasta was a little al dente, but the sauces had great flavor.
