Le Soul Cafe offre un menu moderne du sud-ouest américain fait à partir d'ingrédients régionaux. Le restaurant propose de tout : des fruits de mer, des filets, des pâtes et des pizzas pour n'en nommer que qulques-uns. Il peut répondre à des diètes spéciales et sert aussi des plats sans gluten. Le chef change le menu du souper tous les soirs. Certains soirs de la semaine, vous pourrez y danser au son de la musique live. Le Soul vous accueille pour le déjeuner et a un menu du jour pour le dîner. Le menu est composé de plats maison que le chef prépare sur commande. Le petit déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 14h le dimanche. L'établissement est reconnu pour son Green Chili de porc et, chaque fin de semaine, il propose la crêpe spéciale du jour, telle que la crêpe au citron confit et à la ricotta. MIAM! MIAM!

The manager came by since we are regulars to ask about our food that took almost an hour to get. The meatloaf and squash enchiladas were not very good and she said they would take off the bill but didn’t . First time in many that service was extremely slow and food was bland for two of us.

This was our 3rd experience at the Soul Cafe & all 3 have been excellent. We’ve had pancakes twice because they are so good but other menu items look great as well. Great ambiance & service.

A group of us stopped here after a hike for lunch. The service was quick and attentive, the food impressed everyone (salads, sandwiches). The beet salad and squash salads were the biggest hits.

The entire experience at Soul Cafe was outstanding. The food, atmosphere, service and caring were perfection. I will be back with out of town guests soon.

We expected a little more than what we received. To be honest, we drove some distance to go to Soul and while the overall experience it was pretty blah. First of all, the beet salad didn't have more than a couple of pieces of beet in it. It was more of a leafy green salad than a beet salad. My entre was walleye with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I'd say it was just okay. The asparagus had not been prepared and the woody parts were still on. The fish itself was done well, a little too over cooked. My wife had medallions of beef and while good sized they were slathered in a mystery sauce which was not all that good tasting. The service was unremarkable. I had to ask for water a couple of times. It just seemed inattentive to us. Will we go back? Doubtful since we drove 45 minutes this time. There's a lot of options in the valley.

They were very accommodating when we were running late with our reservation. We sat on the back patio and it was lovely. Cheyenne was our server and she was great. Food and drinks were delish. I had the flank steak and it was cooked perfectly. My friend had the seafood chowder and she loved it. I had the blueberry moscow mule and she had the French Sav Blanc. The only thing I would suggest would be some other dessert options, including gluten free. They only have pie.... so if you're a pie fan and not gluten free... you'll love their pie options!

Our server Jennifer was so nice attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and the servicing sizes amble. Brought home half my entree and more than half of the hand made pie we ordered
