Le Sotto Sopra est un restaurant italien situé dans un bel immeuble du XIXe siècle, à quelques pâtés de maison au nord d'Harborplace à Baltimore, sur Charles Street. Le restaurant sert une vraie cuisine italienne moderne avec des produits fermiers et locaux dès que possible. Le risotto cuit à point, les pâtes faites à la main, les viandes rôties, les fruits de mer locaux et les produits régionaux vous garantissent le plus grand plaisir. Venez pour le dîner Power pour profiter des aliments frais et de première qualité de la cuisine italienne. Le dîner complet de 2 plats est disponible au tarif de 20 USD.     Great Italian restaurant - the best in Baltimore! I took my wife here for our anniversary. I had the Fettuccine Bolognese and my wife had the Fettuccine Toscana...both were top notch dishes and the homemade pasta makes all the difference. Service was great too. Ristorante fantastico!

    With this being my first time, I will definitely be back as the food especially on a special day was fantastic, lamb cooked to perfection.

    Both the service and food were outstanding. Our server was very engaging and knew all the details about the menu, and our appetizers and entrees were delicious. Well done!!

    My wife and I were celebrating our 33rd anniversary. Sotto Sopra has always been a favorite and overachieved again. The meal was OUTSTANDING (lamb chops with mushroom risotto and veal demi glace / Black Sea Bass over a divine homemade spaghetti and lush pesto). Two of the best entrees we have ever had in Baltimore!! The room was beautiful and timeless and the staff was outstanding. Derrick, our waiter, processed an amazing knowledge of the menu and his recommendations were spot-on. He has to rate as one of the true, professional, servers and his dedication shined through. Sotto Sopra deserves every accolade it receives.

    We were disappointed to learn that the Restaurant Week Prix fix menu was no longer in effect. Nevertheless, the ambiance, service and food were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the lightly fried calamari appetizer to the squid ink pasta with seafood, stuffed chicken breast, wine and tiramisu dessert (to go)!

    Our entire experience was fantastic. My cocktail (extra dirty martini, Tito's) was cold and perfectly made. Our appetizers (Bread service and charcuterie) were quickly served, and delicious, which was the same for the entrees (Branzino and Shortrib ravioli). But it our server who was truly awesome....attentive without being overly so, and knowledgeable about the menu. Overall, great experience.

    This is by far one of the best experiences I have ever had at a restaurant. The service was exceptional only to be beat by how delectable the food was. The carbonara was cooked to perfection and the bolognese was the most flavorful thing I had tasted in a while. All the courses far exceed my expectations. Derrick was a great server. You will not be disappointed here. The food from every course was flavorful.
