We had the weekday set menu for the two of us. However you had to have the same selections for the table which I thought wasn’t really fair nor what we had intended when we ordered. The food was tasty, not spectacular, but there was a surcharge for two of the options we picked and the portions are very small.

I took my sister to SOT Korean Restaurant for her birthday, and it turned out to be an unforgettable dining experience. The ambiance was chic yet welcoming, setting the perfect tone for a special occasion. The braised beef short-rib was incredibly tender and flavorful, practically melting in our mouths. The sot rice with fried tofu was a standout, with its crispy textures and hearty flavors perfectly complementing the rest of the meal. The pan-roasted eggplant was another highlight—savory, slightly smoky, and impeccably seasoned. The misoju cocktails were a refreshing accompaniment, tying everything together beautifully. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, with unique flavors and stunning presentation. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure the birthday celebration felt extra special. SOT Korean Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates inventive Korean cuisine. We'll definitely be back to try more dishes!

We had a great lunch. I had the brisket soup and my companion had the Bibimbab. Good food. Highly recommend it.

That was a great lunch on a Tuesday and the food are super yummy! The taste is not too too strong and i didnt feel overly thirsty afterwards (usually i was so thirsty after having strong tasted food )

A perfect plate for lunch. The portion sizes were perfect, not leaving you hungry or too full. Really delicious.

The space is so cozy and warm feeling when you walk up the stairs and it opens up into the restaurant space. You're greeted by the staff the a view of the kitchen right as you get to the top of the stairs. We were a party of 3 (two adults and our child in tow) and had the set dinner menu for the evening. Can't remember it all but we had the beet salad, kimchi sui mai (dumplings), bulgogi and pork tenderloin, sauteed mushrooms (portabello, oyster, shittake and other), a variety of banchan (side dishes), SOT rice (brussel sprouts and garlic) and finished off with the rice "creme brulee" and black sesame earl grey tiramisu. It was quite a lot of food and we had to pack some of it home. The food was excellent in flavour and presentation. The service was top notch. Our server was very attentive and replaced our used cutlery and plates almost after every dish. Definitely coming back to try the other menu items.

We went during their lunch hour when it was much less busy and everything from the food, ambiance, and service was great. It was a limited menu but everything was delicious and very homey. As a heads up, the restaurant is on the second floor with a narrow stairwell access, it’s not the most accessibility friendly for people with disabilities so something to keep in mind.

A little cold in air and atmosphere but overall a very pleasant venue. Food was terrific and, although new, the waitress was perfectively attentive. Highly recommend SOT for sharing.
