The best Chicken Liver Pate in Calgary and an top 3 Steak Tartare. I love drinking whisky here as well.

A gem on the Calgary dining scene. If you are looking for high end Korean cuisine, but are a little tired of bbq, look no further. This place has great french infused Korean cusine and an amazing whisky selection as well. One of the best places to drink Springbank Scotch. Their short rib and duck breast are signature dishes worth trying.

Incredible value on the set menu, and really enjoyed the Chef’s Special as well!

Dined for lunch and will definitely return! Our server was warm, polite and attentive. We appreciated the lunch menu (clear, concise and not overwhelming). We ordered the beef bulgogi, spicy pork and bibimbab. Regretfully, no photos to share, but the presentation was beautiful and everything tasted wonderful!

Third time at the restaurant. For dinner, four of us shared the duck, pork, acorn jelly, endive salad, eggplant, rice pudding, and a couple bottles of wine. Terrific flavours and excellent service.

The food is very good. Favorite was the braised ribs. Loved the white kimchi and pork accompaniment as well. Appetizers are good but could use Disney different appetizers.

Beautiful space SOT has created. All dishes were so tasty - especially with the Korean condiments that come with each plate. Will definitely be coming back.
