Not only was the service impeccable, Seth was absolutely amazing and catered to our every need, Andrew, the manager came to our table multiple times to ensure everything was perfect! The food was so delicious and we will definitely be making Sortino’s a permanent dinner spot when staying at the resort! Thank you so much Andrew and Seth! Y’all made our experience perfect!! Keep up the great work!

This was our very first time at Sortino's - Italian Kitchen, the staff was very nice our host who was the greeter had a warm and inviting smile that welcome us in, the restaurant was full of families which was awesome to see all of them together and the restaurant having no problems to crying kids and kids who wanted to just walk around. Our waiter Walheed was outstanding he gave us history, let us know about the drinks and what we might want to try, the food was tasty and hot, I had the shrimp scrimp that was served in a Hugh bowl with shrimp all around it and angel hair pasta in the middle. Very nice place to go with family and for a girls night out. Thank you Walheed for being outstanding server.

Our server Wendell was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with his service. The food was outstanding. The tomato caprese salad, Diavolo pasta, and carbonara pasta was so good. We will be back!

Very good food, service is slow and the food was cold as if it’s premade and they just heat in the salamander.

Slight wait past our reservation time. We were seated without silverware, and were not provided them through our appetizer (also no side plates) and only after our meals were served and I then asked for silverware, napkins, etc. and then I was initially only brought silverware for myself, though it was apparent no one in our party had them. These were the issues with service. Otherwise the staff was friendly, the food was very good (I had the bolognese and we ordered love dip which I would definitely recommend) and I would give it a try again as I think maybe it was an off night for the staff?

A bit expensive but they have Great selection of pasta! Seafood diavlo & shrimp pasta were out favorite.

Service was VERY slow. I know they got busy and were understaffed for sure! Hostess was super nice. Waiter told me there was no Pinot Grigio house wine (he was trying to upcharge I’m sure). Went to the bar and sure enough they had house wine. Food was ok but not worth the price.
