Sorrentino's West is an Italian cuisine restaurant. The décor of the restaurant is classy. The dim lit ambience of Sorrentino's West makes it a trendy place to hang out, catch some TV and enjoy delicious Italian food. The family friendly environment at Sorrentino's West gives the place an inviting vibe. The food at Sorrentino's West is scrumptious and some of the regularly ordered items on the menu include Calamari, Penne Arrabbiate, Prosuitto Panini, Butternut Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagne. The most ordered item on the kid's menu is Spaghetti and Meatballs. Out of these food items, it is the Calamari which steals the spotlight. For desserts, Mango Berry Cheesecake seals the deal. The restaurant was very busy so the noise level, as expected noisier than usual. The service and food was excellent again as always. It’s our favourite restaurant.

I think they need more servers at this location, it felt like our server was all over half the restaurant. Took forever to take our food order. Seemed disorganized server didn’t know what the mocktails were and with someone at our table as a celiac no one seemed to know the menu enough to figure out what he could have to eat. Seems like the service has gone hill and not enough knowledge of the drink and food menu. Disappointing.

Excellent evening celebrating our anniversary! This restaurant is one we return to over and over because of the service, food and ambiance.

We ordered a rib eye steak, which came out paper thin. When we complained, they offered to remake it and give us a thicker steak (which is what a rib eye should be) and it came out thin as well. They said they switched suppliers and slice their own steak. Too thin for $57!
