Sorrentino's West is an Italian cuisine restaurant. The décor of the restaurant is classy. The dim lit ambience of Sorrentino's West makes it a trendy place to hang out, catch some TV and enjoy delicious Italian food. The family friendly environment at Sorrentino's West gives the place an inviting vibe. The food at Sorrentino's West is scrumptious and some of the regularly ordered items on the menu include Calamari, Penne Arrabbiate, Prosuitto Panini, Butternut Ravioli, Tortellini and Lasagne. The most ordered item on the kid's menu is Spaghetti and Meatballs. Out of these food items, it is the Calamari which steals the spotlight. For desserts, Mango Berry Cheesecake seals the deal. Another wonderful evening at Sorrentino's West. Everything was fabulous....great service, great food, great place to visit with friends, and a lovely ambience.

Food was great, but very slow to arrive - we were there for 90 minutes before our entrees arrived (reservation was for 6:30pm, and our entrees arrived just after 8pm). Our server was super friendly, but not great at keeping us updated on the progress of our food - we had to basically track her down to ask for updates. And oddly, she never even asked us if we wanted another drink while we waited / or with our meals, even though we were sitting there with empty wine glasses lol. Then when we were finally ready to leave, they couldn't redeem our gift card properly (accidentally charged the full amount to my CC, then couldn't figue out how to void the transaction to redo it), so after 5-10 minutes of waiting, we ended up just paying the full amount and said we'll just use the gift card another time - by this point, we just wanted to go home. For the extremely long wait time for our meals, and the fact they couldn't process our gift card, you'd think they'd do something as basic as 'Hey, sorry for the wait, please enjoy a dessert or a drink or a coffee on us' or something...anything...but nada. Bottom line is: the food was delicious, but their overall service level leaves quite a bit to be desired, and we won't rush to go back, even though it's very close to home.

We have been eating at Sorrentinos since it opened, and this was the best meal I’ve ever had there - garlic fest special - beef medallions - the beef was sooo tender and the accompaniments were the perfect flavour compliments. I would order it every time if it was on the regular menu! Our waitress Bella was charming and maintained her beautiful smile as we navigated a small hitch - delightful young lady. Great job Sorrentinos!!

We haven't been for several years due to a bad previous bad experience but decided to give it another try. Glad we did! The food was really good and had a wide variety of choices. Our server was really nice and attentive. She let us know about the specials, made suggestions on popular items, and answered all questions we had. The only downside I would point out is that for me, I pretty much drink Riesling wines and it's fine they only had one to offer, but it was only sold by the bottle and it was seriously overpriced - even for a restaurant. So needless to say I did not have wine. It was not a deal breaker - just unfortunate. We really enjoyed ourselves over all.

Co diner had the three appie plate and mushroom risotto. I had the beef carpaccio to start and the chef's special Lobster Rigatoni. Both mains were hearty portions. We barely had enough room for dessert. The wine list is quite extensive, although we did not partake in grapes this evening. Three different beers on tap - lager, pilsner, and IPA (which was a craft - nice). Service was pleasant and prompt when needed. Our server always seemed to know when to come by and check on us (but wasn't overbearing). It was quite noisy but obviously filled with people having a good time. The demographic was quite varied as well - some seniors, young couples - a good cross section of people. I would totally recommend this restaurant.

The worst pizza that I have ever been served, reminded me of a Dominos pizza. Salad was great. Waiter apologized for the food did ask if he could bring another pizza but we did not want to be eating when our friends had finished their meal.
