The dim lit ambience of Sorrentino's West makes it a trendy place to hang out, catch some TV and enjoy delicious Italian food. Traveling through Edmonton and looking for a great place to have dinner and we found exactly that on Sunday evening. Salad was wonderful, Mushroom Ravioli was so good, love it when you are traveling and find such a great restaurant. Perry M

Lighting is poor where the have a step up to dine, we unfortunately watched a women fall. Then when I got up I fell and onto another table. Can now not walk on my left foot and going for x-rays. No management came to check.

Great experience with prompt service. Two of our party had the lamb shank which was a real hit. We also appreciated the seating location which gave us a degree of privacy and the ability of our party of 8 to communicate with each other.

Always love this restaurant and service is always spot on. Our most recent experience with the waitress was not great, she was inattentive. The restaurant was busy so perhaps that was the issue.

I have never had a bad experience at Sorentino West. Everyone that works there are so friendly and helpful. My favourite server Rhonda was our server for the evening and as always she went over and above! The food was absolutely scrumptious. I had my fave… Spaghetti Bolognese and my friend had Penne Arrabbiata!♥️ Aman the manager that evening, came by several times to check on us and for conversation! I absolutely love this restaurant. It is by far my favorite.🥰👍🏼🫶🏼
