It's always a good experience at Sorella. The evenings are heading in the right direction when the porterhouse steak is a special option. Kyle and the crew are attentive and thoughtful.

Sorella has a lot of untapped potential. We sat in the main dining room. Our server was very good, ambiance and energy were good (although a bit more casual that expected and priced), wine and beer lists met our needs, time between courses was fine/appropriate. We didn’t care for the food. We ordered the cucumber avocado salad, which sounded interesting. It had a lot of heat/kick, but no real flavor. The pineapple was either stale or canned, with no zing, which made the Gorgonzola overpowering. I ordered the Halibut, thinking that with capers and olives, it would have an intense briny flavor to compliment the delicate fish — it didn’t. It didn’t have much flavor at all — and I’ve never seen halibut in that shape, it seemed more like whitefish than halibut. My husband had the pasta with Monday Sauce and it was much more flavorful — very good in fact. Can’t imagine we’ll go back any time soon.

A wonderful experience on a Sunday evening. Our server, Rachel, was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was delicious and the atmosphere relaxed and inviting. Looking forward to returning.

I made a reservation for outdoor seating and was told that I was bumped inside without warning. I was first gaslit into thinking I clicked indoor seating when I had the proof that I picked outdoor seating. Then was sat in the middle of a crowded noisy restaurant. I was very disappointed with the host and his ability to meet my request. However, the food was amazing.

It was our first time visiting. We started with espresso martinis, shared a pizza chopped salad, had the chicken parmigiana and chicken savoy, and shared the seasonal tiramisu. Everything was delicious and service was fantastic (thanks Rochelle). We will definitely visit again.

This restaurant had great reviews. Also, with having to leave a credit card for a reservation, generally would indicate that people are wanting to go there. Instead, I believe this is more so people don’t cancel the reservation. Initially service was great. But after the order was taken, we were pretty much ignored by the staff. Overall the food quality was best to B minus. Would have expected a little bit better quality level of food. The pasta dishes were boring in the meat that was ordered was tough. If the restaurant would’ve improve its attention to detail, it certainly would raise my rating of it. But when service and the quality of the food is marginal, it makes for a difficult rise in ratings to be fair, I will try it again, but hopefully ownership notes comments from the public.

Pasta was really average, wine was max 4oz pour. Dessert was a bite and pushed aside. We were excited to try based on review score and was disappointed unfortunately

Food was delicious and service was outstanding. Only negative was the side salad. Just arugula with a vinaigrette dressing. It was good but could have used a couple of tomatoes or cucumbers.

Sorella never disappoints. The food is way beyond the quality and creativity of much more expensive restaurants in the city. Service is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Ambiance is a joy. The varied menu offers much for any palate. A favorite any time of year.
