Very pleasant and attentive staff, but as they were very busy it was difficult to get their attention at time - completely understandable as it was peak weekend time. Order to delivery time was long (30mins+) for staple menu items-partially a good sign that they cooked to order, but it could be better! All dishes could be enhanced by the addition of a simple fresh salad which would add a little colour and diversity to standard offerings like fish&chips, burger&chips, etc. I would gladly return again. Thank you.

Last night was my first time trying out this unique rooftop bar at The Dean Hotel, and what a treat, the staff was amazing from the start, warm greetings, super friendly, very attentive, professional and knowledgeable about their menus. The place has great views over McCurtain St and River Lee, beautiful views, and atmosphere. The food plates were some of the best I ever tried in Cork. We started with Arrancini, Burrata salad and a Cheese board, and for the mains, we had a pasta Linguini with prawns, Beef Gnocchi, Striploin Steak and Spicy Chicken Pizza. The meat was perfect, pasta was not overcooked, and the pizza dough was fresh and not dry. Everything well served hot and fresh, we all enjoyed the side dishes as well. Could not skip without complimenting the cocktails. Fantastic choice of cocktails and wine. Very enjoyable! Overall, best views best food and drinks and service above and beyond! We are delighted to have a restaurant like this in Cork. Definitely coming back and highly recommended!

I can't wait to go back! They made my graduation celebration more amazing and they were patient with us as we were running late a bit. The food was great. The service proper amazing, everyone is customer orientated. Keep it up lads!

Food was terrible. Unseasoned and literally served cold. Would not recommend. Staff was very poorly organised and seem to not communicate with their colleagues.

We had a lovely time from the time we arrived. The staff were so efficient and friendly. The food was delicious and we had a lovely time thank you

We regret to have to say we were extremely disappointed with our meal at Sophies this weekend. Ate it because we were hungry but it was awful i must say :(

The service was good and very friendly staff. Pizza was very nice. The cod and monkfish was good but difficult to eat because of the way it was served. I’d have been happier with just a plate. Over all we enjoyed and would go back again. Steak for €40 is too expensive.

Lovely experience. Food was excellent. View from the booth table was class. Staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. We will be back
