Art meets fashion in a deliciously romantic South of France setting. Sophie Cocktail & Terrace Bar will debut in the Montrose neighborhood, July 2024. The next see-and-be-seen nightlife destination will feature two distinct concepts, including Downstairs, Sophie's living room, an intimate cocktail bar, and an expansive second-floor open-air terrace bar. The menu will boast both signature and presentation-based cocktails, extensive selections of domestic and French wines, plus a delightful selection of Mediterranean tapas-style bites. Poised to be a neighborhood staple, Sophie Cocktail & Terrace Bar will be open seven days a week, offering guests a variety of programming from happy hour, DJ nights, live music, weekend brunch, and more!

The food was mediocre, bland and tasteless. The service was much better, except they don’t bring enough ice to the table. Their unisex bathrooms have no locks. This was the worst experience out of the whole night! The DJ was on point, it made it better.

Our experience was awesome to celebrate my friend's birthday! Anthony the chef made us some super yummy chicken wings and the brunch was amazing. Be sure to valet because they do validate but will not validate for the garage. You will get great photos for IG at this location. The entrance can be tricky to find but it faces the main street.

Disappointing Experience Despite the Pretty Remodel. The restaurant may look nice after the remodel, but unfortunately, the food is absolutely subpar. The quality doesn’t match the price at all—our meals came out cold, and the food itself was on par with what you’d expect from a deli, not a restaurant charging these prices. The service was equally disappointing. We had to ask for silverware three times, which shouldn’t happen, especially with gratuity automatically included. It seemed like the servers weren’t motivated to provide proper attention to our table. Even with a reservation, we had to wait for a table upon arrival. When we were finally seated, they just pulled a chair up to a tiny two-person table, showing no care or regard for the reservation we made in advance. Overall, not worth the visit. The atmosphere can’t make up for the poor food and lackluster service.

Loud environment, making it hard to have a conversation. We wanted to have three different cocktails but they didn’t have all the ingredients so we couldn’t have any of them. Also try to ordered a bottle of white wine but once again they didn’t have it. Our server was attentive and this is the only reason why I’ll give this place this rating. I did not like the imposed 20% tip to every check. Would not recommend.

The space and ambience were completely different from what it portrayed online. It’s a more clubby scene rather than a sophisticated French restaurant. Great place for a younger crowd.

Genuinely really good experience, our server Jocelyn was on the ball. The food was amazing, and Kennedy, the GM was outstanding and super accommodating for my birthday. 10/10 would recommend!
