Muy mal servicio, el camarero que nos sirvió muy mal educado, no había terminado de comer y me trajo el check , no me dejó ni pedir el Desert, estaba como apurado.. Era el cumpleaños de mi esposo y no fueron nada especial

Had such a lovely evening at Sophia’s. It was our first night at the Conrad. Linford did such a great job to make our evening special. I was in between two dishes and his recommendation - the short rib - did not disappoint. Looking forward to coming back soon. M

The food and service were excellent! Sophia was our server, and she was delightful. She was great in making recommendations and answering questions. We had a really nice meal and evening.

Amazing experience, we came here for our anniversary and since we had such a great time we came back for our parents bday. It was same great food, top service and server went above and beyond to accomodate our large party. From making sure both my parents had their own dessert since we were celebrating both of them to providing different plates for toddler to avoid any major issues. Will be back!

Food was amazing! However we came for magical dining and server was a little aggressive about “Restaurant magical dining rules”. Even though we went for it one person in our group didn’t want it and instead she wanted to order a pizza. Server said it’s impossible everyone in the party have to order magical dining in order for us to dine in the restaurant. Or everyone have to order a la cart. Its the first time we experience this kind of rules in a fine dining restaurant.

Everything delicious but we waited a lot for the food between the appetizers and the main course about 55 minutes.

I had a solo breakfast yesterday while my daughters ran around. Thomas heard all of my annoying likes/dislikes and guided me to the most delicious egg white forager omelette I’ve ever had. The potato pancakes were insane. I woke thinking about having it again today! Thomas educated me on the chef, and how fabulous he is. I loved my breakfast for one and have already told my family we’re going back for brunch as soon as possible, like next weekend most likely.
