Beautiful restaurant with impeccable service and a menu that doesn't disappoint. I feel like their dinner service doesn't get the appreciation it deserves because it is stellar. Will return again and again.

The dinner menu seems limited to me however if you are in the mood for pasta then its a good choice. The service was excellent.

Sophie’s Trattoria is a hidden gem within the Conrad. The food is exceptional and the service was both friendly and attentive. There are loads of great options on the menu and we really liked the inclusion of seasonal items. You must get the seasonal squash salad while it is still on the menu. The short rib entree was perfection and even something simple and “boring” like the greens salad with grilled chicken was way more tasty than one would expect it to be. Pro tip - ask for an order of the kids mac and cheese as a side dish. You’ll be glad you did. I will absolutely return again for dinner and I do look forward to trying their breakfast and lunch options in the future.

The food was very good but the service was extremely slow. We were there for the Thanksgiving dinner. We were seated at 6:45, served drinks and salad by 6:55 and then no dinner until 7:50. No explanation for the delay - people nearby that were seat after us received their food soon after being seated. It’s a shame because the overall experience would have been so much better with timely service.
