Pésimo servicio la entrada los frijoles quemados las salsas hasta que llegaron los platos fuertes , la ensalada de mandarina muy mala sin vinagreta sin aderezo , no nos sugirieron absolutamente nada . los menús invitan a la gente a no ordenar nada más que lo que uno conoce la labor de venta del mesero NULA. 5 years ago this place was great. It has gone down hill. We were greeted with the fact they don’t have certain steaks. We were there on a Thursday at 8pm. Ordered our meal which included 2 apps…burrata and artichokes as well as a side of fries. 20 minutes later we were told all 3 of the above are not available. We were forced to order items we didn’t want. Who runs out of French fries at 8pm on a Thursday??? Manager did nothing There are other great places to eat in PVR. Never again

We had a reservation and still waited 45 minutes for our table. We ended the night at emergencies because somebody got badly burnt by a dish on the table.

Los cortes de carne muy duros! No valen lo que cobran. El servicio bueno pero tenían mucha gente, no les da para dar buena atención. La experiencia en general no fue lo que solía ser :( Probaremos otras opciones y creo no regresar en algún tiempo.

Went for the NYE event and had outstanding service. Food was very good and the environment met all my expectations for a steak restaurant. Mixologist was on their game, sommelier made good recommendations based on our preferences and the wait staff was very attentive to our preferences. Overall would recommend to others looking for a steak restaurant in PVR.

Nos recibieron 40 minutos tarde despues de nuestra reservacion, tardaron 30 minutos en traernos nuestros platos, un platillo estaba completamente frio, una sopa de cebolla tenia 3 rodajas de cebolla, pedimos 3 veces que nos levantaran la mesa y aun asi se tardaron como 15 minutos en levantar los platos que ya habiamos pedido que levantaran. Lo peor es que no fue por falta de meseros, mas bien se la pasaban platicando y por eso el servicio tan malo

We requested a table for 4 and outside and we were given a cramped table for 5 and inside next to the kitchen. We asked to remove the 5th chair and they said they did’t have were to put it. The service was alright nothing really stood out. We ordered two Arrachera medium and were given to us basically just seared and a hot stone for us to finish cooking. It also was full of nerves and made the meat taste so cheap. We also ordered the brisket which was alright nothing spectacular. We also ordered the New York steak and it was again nothing to die for. Drinks were okay. We ordered the hibiscus margarita and mezcalita. They weren’t bad just weren’t outstanding. The music wasn’t good and it was SO loud I couldn’t hear anyone at my table we had to yell at each other. We were really disappointed because we have been to the location in Monterey and it was a completely other experience. Overall go spend your money somewhere else. We went to Madalena the night before and had the best experience and food ever.

The food was fantastic My boyfriend and I shared the Wagu with sides of mashed potatoes and asparagus. It’s was perfectly cooked as we like it Mecium/rare. I have to admit it was probably the best one I’ve had in my life. We had starters of onion soup and the wedge salad. Fantastic! Our server was Carlos who made sure we were satisfied. He was an excellent waiter only coming to the table as needed. He was attentive and made sure all the food was prepared to our expectation. He also was knowledgeable about the menu and answered all of our questions. Our drinks were the coco and Blue Hawaiian. Soo good! The tables were a little close for my liking, and I found it to be a little loud. I watched the staff trying to navigate through all the tables with trays. Other than that it’s as good as I remember only the name of the restaurant has changed. We come here to eat everytime we are visiting PV. Thanks for an excellent dining experience.
