    Staff were friendly - there was an initial confusion around our booking type (we had booked a la carte but they thought we were in for bottomless brunch). Food was tasty but incredibly small portions - felt expensive comparatively to other Mexican restaurants in the area

    Overall disappointing. Over serviced with hovering service. Got the feeling that we were being pushed to spend more. Topping up of our mineral water lead to a cost of $21 for 3 guests. The price of main course barramundi wings(3) was excessive for no actual fish. The table was directly under a speaker which was not suitable to dine by.

    Great food and drinks. Didn’t love being reminded so many times that our table needed to be vacated by 8:30pm, particularly as we couldn’t dine any faster due to waiting for drinks / food to be served.

    The vibes were simply immaculate. Our dining experience at Sonora romanticised the rainy weather our group was having while dining there so would definitely recommened it for its classy ambience. Try out the bottomless brunch!!! It's so so filling

    Always fantastic service and high quality food at Sonora. Only disappointment this time was the limited a la carte menu available. We weren’t aware that lunch time bookings didn’t have access to the same menu as dinner, which meant half of our guests that didn’t choose the bottomless drinks menu were quite disappointed at this birthday special occasion lunch.

    Good adaptation of traditional mexican dishes. Taking some risk but well delivered, duck carnitas and baked cheese are a must have. The service is great and attentive
