At Song (by Kin Kao), we offer a seasonal food menu paired with a natural wines and signature cocktails. We choose the best seasonal local ingredients whenever possible. At its core, our flavours are authentic Thai from all over Thailand.

After opening for less than a year, we were honoured with Michelin Guide's prestigious BIB GOURMAND for exceptional value and quality.

Our beautiful space is designed by renown local architects Scott & Scott Architects. Our bright room is dimmed before dinner service to keep the attention on our guests and the food for the evening. Expect spicy Thai, fresh daily seafood and good vibes all night long at Song.

Our online reservation is limited to 6 guests; should you require 7+, please call/email us once you have booked a table for 4 and we will change on our end should we have the space to accommodate. OUR POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE IS SUBJECT TO AUTO-GRATUITY (20%).

Start your evening off early with a beverage of your choice along with a snack/starter! Nightly form 5 PM to 6 PM, patrons can enjoy our happy hour wine by the glass/bottle, new cocktails, discounted draft beer/cider along with discounted snacks and starters (food Happy Hour is available on Mondays/Wednesdays and Thursdays). We will hand select wines to be offered by the glass and bottle. Our vast inventory of natural wines are hand selected each evening for you to enjoy by our wine director. If you feel like a bottle for the table, bottles will be up to 30% off during this time.

Food and service was excellent. We loved the beef shank green curry. So tender that you could cut the meat with a spoon. Our next favourite was the mushroom and egg tofu stir fry. All dishes had great "wok hey". The melon sago dessert was perfect after the meal -- very refreshing. We can't wait to go back to try the other dishes. This is not the restaurant's fault and nothing could have been done, but the man sitting at the next table was extremely loud. His voice far too powerful, his laugh obnoxious, and his choice of words ruined the enjoyment of our meal. It's a pity that one person can change the atmosphere of the whole dining experience for others.

We grabbed an early reservation here our last night in Vancouver and were not disappointed. We went with the tasting menu and a couple of house cocktails, and everything was delicious! Service was quick and efficient, but warm and friendly too. It's a small space and is not quiet, but has a nice energy to it. We look forward to visiting on a future trip!

It was my second time been there. The first was amazing, we found the same dishes we ordered were not as good as the first visit, ducks and shrimp in Tom yum were a little over cooked

Second time at Song and it has continued to impress. After opting for the tasting menu the first time around, we decided to order a la carte. The laab wings and shrimp toast were delicious starters again. The green mango crab salad was refreshing and had more generous amounts of crab in it than expected. The classic style pad thai was perfectly balanced and better than your average pad thai, the crab curry was delicious, and the northern pork laab was also great although will probably appeal to certain tastes. Both desserts were delicious as well

$40 sounds crazy for fried rice with crab meat until you try it. And then it becomes something you crave. I’d heard about this dish and I couldn’t have been more impressed.

Amazing tastes! Decent sized portions, for sharing. Our server Anna was a treat! It was an expensive experience so we'll be keeping it to special occasions.
