At Song (by Kin Kao), we offer a seasonal food menu paired with a natural wines and signature cocktails. We choose the best seasonal local ingredients whenever possible. At its core, our flavours are authentic Thai from all over Thailand.

After opening for less than a year, we were honoured with Michelin Guide's prestigious BIB GOURMAND for exceptional value and quality.

Our beautiful space is designed by renown local architects Scott & Scott Architects. Our bright room is dimmed before dinner service to keep the attention on our guests and the food for the evening. Expect spicy Thai, fresh daily seafood and good vibes all night long at Song.

Our online reservation is limited to 6 guests; should you require 7+, please call/email us once you have booked a table for 4 and we will change on our end should we have the space to accommodate. OUR POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 5 OR MORE IS SUBJECT TO AUTO-GRATUITY (20%).

    Start your evening off early with a beverage of your choice along with a snack/starter! Nightly form 5 PM to 6 PM, patrons can enjoy our happy hour wine by the glass/bottle, new cocktails, discounted draft beer/cider along with discounted snacks and starters (food Happy Hour is available on Mondays/Wednesdays and Thursdays). We will hand select wines to be offered by the glass and bottle. Our vast inventory of natural wines are hand selected each evening for you to enjoy by our wine director. If you feel like a bottle for the table, bottles will be up to 30% off during this time.

    It was tasty, but all dishes a little too salty, that’s a shame.. All ingredients are fine but If you make less seasoned on fresh oysters and wings, that would be perfect!! I still would repeat to go tho! Overall it’s nice restaurant:)

    The beef shank green curry and pad Thai were excellent. I can’t wait to go back to have the Tom Yum soup!

    Exceptional food. Everything we had was super delicious: Paloma salad, chicken wings, and the best crab curry I've ever had. The room was nicely designed, and the service was good. The high ceilings make it a bit loud, but the ambience is great, the music selection is fun, and overall, it is a good restaurant with fantastic food. I would eat there again.

    Food is quite good but I think if you want spicy thai style food make sure you ask for it, loved the Tom Yum.

    Simply put, this is the best Thai food in Vancouver, period. The oysters come highly recommended—they're incredibly refreshing, with a sauce that lingers on your palate for minutes, delivering an unforgettable experience. The shrimp toast was decent—nice, but it didn’t quite measure up to some of the other standout dishes. The green curry, on the other hand, was rich with creamy coconut and the beef shank was cooked to perfection. Two absolute must-tries are the Tom Yum Prawn Soup and the Crab Fried Rice. I can confidently say it’s the best Tom Yum I’ve had outside of Thailand, and the Crab Fried Rice ranks among the best I’ve had in the last 20 years. I’ll leave the rest for you to discover, but this place truly excels.

    We had the chicken wings to start, and tofu pad Thai with the beef green curry and rice for a main. Everything was extremely tasty. My favorite was the spicy Moscow mule.
