We have never tried Sonder before and we were blown away. The food was outstanding and the service was amazing. Bria was our server and she was attentive without being "hovery", if you know what I mean. This was a very special dinner with family and this was the perfect spot. We had a couple of our party who had issues with loud sounds, so when the band started, Bria had us moved into a back room where we could still hear the AMAZING band playing but those in our party with hearing devices could still visit together. What an outstanding evening!

We were a group of six senior ladies. Our waiter was kind and concerned for our well-being. This was our first visit as a group and we were pleasantly surprised. I have already recommended it to my other group for dinner.

Food quality, taste and value are excellent. We had a party of 6, we all had sandwiches or burgers on Sunday for lunch. The inside tables were loud and noisy, they could use some noise dampening inside. So we ate outside which was just fine. They told us they were short handed that day, and it showed in the service, it was slow to even get us water, fortunately we were not in a hurry. When we made our order for lunch, the food came out in a good amount of time, so once the process started everything was relatively ok. Sometimes it was a long wait to get refills on water. (Again, running thin on staff). I had the French dip, which is always excellent. they need a larger bowl for the dip as it can be difficult to dip the sandwich, however taste was excellent. Others had the chicken sandwich, pastrami sandwich and burger. All excellent.

Food was very good as was the service. The music, although the volume was turned a bit lower, is still too loud. I've spent time in Europe and in Hawaii, and either there is NO music or the music is at a very low volume and excitement level. If I want loud music and excitement, I will go to a live concert.

It was perfect. Food was fantastic, I got the chefs special pasta. Drinks were delicious. It was a hot day in Bakersfield so the manager/owner (?) sat us in front of an AC. It was a lovely night for a birthday celebration and our first night out after having our second son 2 years ago!! Thank you Sonder!

The food was amazing. I had not been here in a while as I moved out of town. But this will be a must stop when I come to town. The food was perfect. Our party of 6 (4 adults and 2 kids) enjoyed everything they ordered. Even commented on how pretty it is inside and the ambiance is really nice. Made a great ladies lunch meet up. Brea was wonderful and on top of everything. We were in the corner booth and it was perfect for us.
