This is a lovely date night spot whether you're dating yourself or significant other or your goddaughter such as I did. The ambience is amazing. The service is immaculate all of the service workers are happy and smiling. You could tell they love their jobs. The live music was beyond amazing. Our food was delicious. Our food came out expeditiously we waited longer for our drinks. They give you 90 minutes at the table if you choose to stay, you’re welcome to sit at the bar The chef sent out complementary mac & cheese because they didn't have what I originally wanted. I heard the collard greens lasagna is a very popular dish and they were out. They are normally booked three months ahead of time. I looked and got a last-minute booking so we were really happy about that. The prices are reasonable. The drinks are made so well our one drink lasted us all night. Our food came out expeditiously we waited longer for our drinks. They give you 90 minutes at the table if you choose to stay, you’re welcome to sit at the bar.

Mixed Experience – Great Ribeye, But Poor Service I had a 9:00 PM reservation but wasn’t seated until 9:32 PM, which was frustrating. A reservation should mean priority seating, not a long wait. To make things worse, the dish I originally wanted was sold out, even though the restaurant had only been open since 6:00 PM which was disappointing. That said, when I finally got my food, the ribeye was excellent—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. It was the highlight of the meal. Overall, while the food (or at least the ribeye) was solid, the lack of organization and poor reservation management made the experience frustrating.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Not a long wait with a reservation! The only downfall is that all of our food was lukewarm at best which was disappointing considering the price point!

Food was great! Love this place. The drinks were amazing, the bar was to die for. BRUSSEL SPROUTS are what I will return for, and the oysters were small but delicious. SO glad to get a same-day reservation!!

I chose this restaurant for my solo birthday and had the best time. Harrison was my waiter and he was not only knowledgeable about the menu offerings, he also provided guidance on the wine pairings as well. I had the chicory and crab salad, in addition to the striped bass which were both phenomenal. To accompany me, I had Chardonnay, Hanzell from Sonoma Valley, CA (2018) which was so rich and luxurious and paired perfectly with my seafood forward meal. The jazz band was on point and the ambiance was very nice. Low lighting and friendly staff make this place a must try. Would definitely recommend this establishment.

Somerville is one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. The ambience inside is beautiful - no expenses were spared. The live jazz really set the tone of elegance, the service staff was knowledgeable about the menu and cocktails, making sure that we were well informed about portion sizes and what would pair well. We ordered almost 10 dishes and each one was a 10/10! No notes! Next time, I’ll be back to enjoy the bar for a different experience. Tip: Get there on time! Bless the lovely hostess who was generous with us even though we were beyond the grace period.

Server was very bad. Never stopped by to check on the table and just came by initially and then to drop the check. We spent quite a bit of money. I would expect more. Food was overall about a 7.5/10.
