Soluna Cocina is a high energy well designed concept. The team, from management through service is committed to making your dining experience great. For me there were only two things that were a disconnect. The first being the quality of the chips served the moment i sat down. They were terrible. Now, from a business side they sort of made sense as i saw several people at the bar nursing a single drink while eating several bowls of chips and salsa. So i kind of get it, but the disconnect from the rest of the food that the kitchen/chef prepared was very disappointing. The rest of my dinner was very well prepared, somewhat authentic, and if very high quality..... at least until dessert. The ceviche was very fresh and flavorful and the short rib special was perfect. The flan was also a diss appointment. What should have been a light conclusion to a great meal was an over cooked and heavy puck of custard covered up with canned whipped cream. The entire chemistry of the flan was off. I will note that this is a newly opened place and every new place has some things to work out. The tequila list is extensive and well crafted as were the drinks. The staff is amazing and the chef is creating some quality food. I would encourage anyone in the area to go try Soluna Cocina out. I know that i will be back.

This was our first time but definitely not the last. The ceviche was more than delicious, the guacamole was freshly made and awesome, drinks were delicious and the tacos were divine. Our server, Jessie, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. We can’t wait to go back.

Impeccable service. Drinks were great and food was good. The manager spoke to us at the end and made sure everything was good. We live in the neighborhood, will definitely be back.

Delicious food and superb service! Our server was so attentive. We loved the mushroom appetizer and shrimp fajitas!

Service was excellent. The food, which came out from the kitchen extremely quick, was not well seasoned. Our nachos tasted as if they had been microwaved. We ordered fajitas and the meat was very tender, but not seasoned at all!

Good experience, great customer service, and good food. Only thing I would add is a more immersive sound system. Sound seem to only be on one side
