From the moment I stepped in, I was enveloped in a warm and inviting ambience that perfectly captures the essence of Mexican culture. The vibrant décor, soft lighting, and tasteful music set the stage for a delightful meal. The location is ideal—situated in a charming area that’s easily accessible. It’s the perfect spot for a casual dinner with friends or a romantic evening out. Now, let's talk about the food. Absolutely outstanding! Each dish was a masterpiece, bursting with authentic flavors and fresh ingredients. I started with the guacamole, which was perfectly creamy and seasoned just right. For my main course, I opted for the carne asada tacos, and they were divine—tender, juicy, and accompanied by a zesty salsa that elevated the entire experience. The portion sizes were generous, and I couldn’t resist trying one of their signature vodka drink, which was refreshing and expertly crafted. What truly made my experience memorable was the staff. From the moment we walked in, they were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about delivering exceptional service. Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, making us feel right at home. Overall, Solitas Mexican Restaurant is a must-visit! Not your average Mexican restaurant. Nice patio, great service. Very busy shopping center, parking can be challenging...alow extra time if trying to make a reservation.

Another wonderful experience at Solita, beginning with a margarita and a Michelada, fresh guacamole with chips and salsa, Fried tacos, and the esquires salad with shrimp. German, our waiter did a great job checking in with us throughout our dinner. We will be back!

Perfect!!! Starting with Mat & Arturo, the bartenders to our great waiter German. The management team were incredible & came to our table several to ask how we were doing. Every January I buy $800 dollars of discount gift cards from Costco, using my bonus rewards, and cash. I already ran out in August & needed to purchase more. Solita's is my most favorite place. The Cadillac Margaritas with Grand Mariner are the best!!!

I enjoyed the whole meal. The corn was delicious. And the margarita flight was amazing. The tacos were okay. Some of them were a little dry and not much flavor. The complimentary chips and salsa were delicious.i definitely would go back and maybe try their weekend brunch.

Great service with excellent staff! Food as always was great. Prices are within the norm. Everything I’ve ordered has been very good. Definitely a great go to place. Suggest reservations.
