The atmosphere was beautiful. It was an awesome chance to meet new people and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The live band with Angela Fletcha was perfect for the evening. The problem came at the end of the evening with the checks. Though we paid the gratuity when we paid for the tickets ($25), we were charged another gratuity fee ($35), at the end of the event, which I didn't understand. The service was excellent, but the checks at the end of the evening were confusing. We were offered water, not knowing there was a fee for it. It was not included with the meal. Also, we had the choice to purchase drinks paired with our meal, but the drinks came out late so we were not able to enjoy the drinks with the meal they were paired with. I would recommend the event, but pay close attention to all of the added fees.

Everyone is pleasant as soon as you walk in. The food is good. Birthday cake was delicious.

Overall the food was pretty good. Do not expect to be cared for by any waitstaff outside of getting you water, taking order and delivering food. They didn’t stop in to check from time to time. We had to constantly flag someone down to get any assistance. Being basically next to the pool, it was a bit noisy and people walking by to get to the pool. Not the outdoor experience I was thinking it would be, but that’s on me for not really paying attention to the description.

Great food! Margarita was medium but the froze was fantastic! Highly recommend the wagyu appetizer, the tuna appetizer, and the iberico main dish.

Fantastic experience dining poolside at Solera. We had the absolute best Chicken Cobb salad we ever tasted, just perfect. Would highly recommend.

Our Valentine's Day dinner was good, not great. The food was tasty but uninspired. Our server was personable and pleasant. The biggest disappointment was the kitchen's response to my request to modify items with dairy in them. All they did was remove the dairy items - they didn't replace them with something else (e.g. dressing) that would complete the dish. This was in contrast to other local restaurants that understood how to modify dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions.

We booked this several weeks ago expecting a lovely dinner based on their menu. At no time were we informed that there was an extremely limited menu due to Super Bowl. We ordered as it was too late to go anywhere else. For $24 each , we basically were only served appetizers. That with a pitcher of ok sangria, cost us almost $140 as a 20% service fee was added to our bill. Our server was abrupt. The lovely courtyard was loud with sound checks for the huge screen tv set up for the game. We were informed we had to leave before the game started or it was $200 for our table. Very disappointing
