From shore to soil, provenance is paramount in producing a menu full of show-stopping dishes such as the Captain’s Seafood Platter; a two-tier shared tower of grilled Irish lobster and steamed Roaring water Bay mussels, plus fresh oysters, prawns and Howth smoked Irish salmon, served with Guinness brown soda bread and traditional seafood accompaniments and sauces; or the Sole Meunière; a whole Dover sole, which is filleted at the table for you. Sole is a fab venue but it appears staffing issues may have been a problem. Food good but was there in September and the portions have gotten smaller (maybe cost of living). It was cold in restaurant so it made us feel uncomfortable. That being said, I like the food (wish there was more of it!!) and the atmosphere is good!

5 of us ate here on a Friday evening. I had eaten here on 2 previous occasions - none of the others had. Everyone raved about the quality of food and service. Excellent all round

Fabulous food and service for a special 50th birthday. Great attention to detail from the moment we walked in. A special thank you to our waitor Kasia!

Excellent dinner at SOLE Seafood & Grill. Staff were attentive, friendly and polite. Highly recommend the Mussels and Oysters for starters. Food was delicious.
