From shore to soil, provenance is paramount in producing a menu full of show-stopping dishes such as the Captain’s Seafood Platter; a two-tier shared tower of grilled Irish lobster and steamed Roaring water Bay mussels, plus fresh oysters, prawns and Howth smoked Irish salmon, served with Guinness brown soda bread and traditional seafood accompaniments and sauces; or the Sole Meunière; a whole Dover sole, which is filleted at the table for you. Had a fantastic evening at Sole, the food was wonderful, service was great and music was perfect. Our waitress Nicola was super and we will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful evening, Zoe

Excellent all round. Delicious food. Service is exemplary and perfectly timed. Nothing is rushed and everything arrives just when you are thinking you are ready for it. Lovely wine selection and seafood fresh and perfectly cooked. Not cheap but for this level of quality and service it’s priced accordingly and warranted. Will definitely return.

We had a really nice Valentine’s Night meal which was the sharing menu and paired wine. The tempura oysters were amazing as was every course The staff are fantastic so accommodating and friendly It was our first visit but will not be our last and we look forward to seeing the extension plans for the restaurant later this year
