From shore to soil, provenance is paramount in producing a menu full of show-stopping dishes such as the Captain’s Seafood Platter; a two-tier shared tower of grilled Irish lobster and steamed Roaring water Bay mussels, plus fresh oysters, prawns and Howth smoked Irish salmon, served with Guinness brown soda bread and traditional seafood accompaniments and sauces; or the Sole Meunière; a whole Dover sole, which is filleted at the table for you. Everyone at our table had different meals and we all said our dishes were excellent. Our waitress was really busy and a little testy. However when we asked for things like extra plate salt and pepper they were brought to our table. I do recommend this place to everyone. Yum yum

As always Sole seafood does not disappoint. Lovely wine list, exceptional seafood, staff are lovely. One of my favourite places to eat, highly recommend to all. Also non seafood dishes too, something for everyone. really lovely atmosphere, always feels very special.

We celebrated our first anniversary and was absolutely delicious food amazing service and great atmosphere definitely we would love to back

Lovely lively atmosphere. Very good service by Paola- prompt but not too quick or pushy! I had oysters which were delicious whilst my husband had prawn cocktail. I had turbot for mains which was perfectly cooked although the white asparagus was almost impossible to cut- a bit too al dente. My husband had monkfish which is favourite of his but he felt it was pretty tasteless with the small piece of crispy bacon laid on the plate rather than wrapped round the monkfish pieces! Overall a good experience

Fabulous food, beautiful surroundings. We thought the service was very good but maybe a little functional. Staff could be a bit friendlier.
