Cooking is my CREDO, looking for being on top, always

I am a professional Chef with more than 40 years of experience in the culinary world, all over many Countries. I am actually based in Manhattan - NY, where I manage my own company. In Italy I have been working in my restaurant for 17 years where I was awarded of my first MICHELIN STAR in 2007. I am really fond of fine dining and high end food.

We arrived a few minutes early but were seated immediately and our bottles of wine were opened. We had the mussels fra diablo and mozzarella tower for appetizers. Both were delicious. For entrees we had the salmon dish, cavatelli and broccoli rabe and two orders of tagliolini neri. All were excellent but the black pasta was outstanding! We weren’t rushed giving us time to all catch up. Highly recommend Sola Osteria for an excellent experience.

Excellent food, friendly service. We went on a Saturday night, and it was very loud, making conversation difficult. I would go back.

Excellent food with super-attentive and friendly/professional service... you'll leave feeling satisfied but not bloated (like most Italian restaurants). Gourmet Italian food that is so hard to find anymore in Bergen County.

Great evening. The chef came out to greet us and gave us a complimentary appetizer. All the dishes were excellent, but the cauliflower appetizer, the gnocchi, and the desserts were outstanding. Attentive, friendly service. The restaurant has two rooms and since there was a large party in one, they offered us a quieter table in the other room, which we appreciated. Will definitely go again.

A wonderful evening! We had oysters and osteria salad for appetizers; we shared an order of cacio e Pepe for a second course; and bronzino and salmon for entrees. Perfection!!!
