Comme le souvenir d'une cantina animée, le restaurant Soltoro Tequila Grill est situé sur le plancher de casino du Casino Mohegan Sun of the Sky (à côté de l'entrée du centre des congrès). On y mélange la saveur traditionnelle et l'authenticité avec une approche moderne. Le Soltoro sert une cuisine mexicaine contemporaine dans une atmosphère qui rayonne d'énergie et de plaisir. I truly enjoyed our experience at Sol de Toro! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. We had made a reservation in advance, and we were quickly seated at a cozy, comfortable table. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the meal. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered the shrimp fajitas, and they were cooked to perfection—tender shrimp, perfectly charred vegetables, and served sizzling hot with all the right accompaniments. The flavors were spot-on, and the balance of seasoning was just right. Each bite was bursting with freshness and a hint of smokiness. The ambiance at Sol de Toro really elevated the whole experience. The decor was vibrant and warm, the lighting was soft, and the music added to the festive mood without being overpowering. Overall, everything was fantastic, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. Sol de Toro is definitely a place I’ll be returning to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Mexican dining experience!

Food was great authentic taste and vibe. Waitress could have been a better job.coming back to check on us. She took order, brought drinks and chips and disappeared until we made eye contact for her to bring to go containers.

Great Mexican food, love the warm chips. Wasn't too busy when we went, so having to ask for water and diet Coke refills and more salsa got to be a tad irritating. Server wasn't that attentive.

Sol Toro was amazing! It was our first time and we will definitely be back! The food was delicious, the staff was kind, and it was a stunning restaurant! All good things, 10/10!! Our server (not sure of his name) was so polite and kind!

Drinks were below average for Mexican restaurant. Marg’s were Made with bottled mix. Service was good but waitress was not very familiar w menu or ingredients. Ask if onions were in quesadillas, she replied no. But she was wrong. Leaving me to de and reconstruct at table.
