The food and staff were phenomenal! I have Celiac disease and I felt so comfortable there. The owner and his wife are the sweetest couple. It is pricey, however very worth it because the food quality was excellent. Everyone there was so kind and greeted my boyfriend by saying “Happy Birthday!” Just based on the reservation notes. I am definitely going back here for birthdays or special occasions.

Food was delicious and service was excellent. I couldn’t recommend more. Debbie and Ron have created a unique experience that everyone should experience. There aren’t enough good things to say - go. If you find a fault, there’s something wrong with you ;)

It’s a great experience but it is quite loud for my taste because the acoustics aren’t great in the small space with the hard walls. Sometimes hard to get someone’s attention in a timely manner, but I don’t mind.

Outstanding food, service, and ambiance. Able to accommodate a vegan, a vegetarian, and a meat eater. We had the mushroom bruschetta, mushroom steak, falafel salad, sweet potato gnocchi with scallops, and both the pistachio and watermelon ice desserts - all were out of this world. Would absolutely recommend and will be sure to visit whenever I’m in town!

We were one of the first patrons to find Sol bistro when they first opened a few years ago. Their menu is varied with gluten-free options, vegan options and all types of foodie favorites! We bring our family for special occasions and we celebrate life at this amazing restaurant. St. Petersburg’s number one restaurant in our book! Tonight‘s meal was as good as the first one we had! We particularly love the pasta dishes, burgers and the Chilean Sea Bass. The owner Debbie and her husband always have a smile and greet us as if we are family- and you can tell they enjoy what they do for a living! The service and ambience are always excellent and we would highly recommend this restaurant!

Took our daughter here for her birthday. We loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent. More importantly, everything we ordered - from the NA cocktails, the starters, the mains and the dessert - was delicious with beautiful presentation. My daughter is vegan and gluten free so she chose the place. But, while my husband and I are not vegan or GF, we both found many great choices on the menu and we loved the food. Highly recommend.
