Absolutely outstanding! The moment you enter the restaurant to the time you walk out - the service is incredible. The food was not only delicious but presented beautifully. We were so impressed with the menu items and non-alcoholic beverages on the menu. The atmosphere is very small and personable. Great for date night or a celebration. We will definitely be coming back!

An Unforgettable Birthday Dinner at Sol St. Pete! I brought my wife to Sol St. Pete for her birthday, and we could not have asked for a better experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Ron, who not only served us but took the time to share the heartfelt story behind his restaurant and his own life. That personal touch truly made the night special. Now, onto the food – absolutely out of this world! We started with the Mushroom Bruschetta—herbed lion's mane mushrooms on house-made millet and flax crostinis, topped with vegan basil pesto and fresh pea shoots. Every bite was bursting with flavor! For the main course, the Tender Local Grass-fed & Finished Ribeye and Jumbo Colossal Shrimp were cooked to perfection. And to top it all off, we ended the night with a truly divine Baked Local Pear with House Churned Vanilla Nice Cream. The juicy pear, drizzled with local raw honey and paired with sōl candied pecans, was the perfect sweet note to finish the evening. At one point, we even had to apologize to the guests next to us for making "satisfying sounds" after each bite—it was that good! If you're looking for a place that offers not just incredible food but also a memorable and personal dining experience, Sol St. Pete is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back!

We absolutely loved everything about Sol! The owners, Debbie and Ron, have turned their passion for health into an intimate dining space, where diners are clearly the focus of a small, but very personable and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere and vibe adds to the overall experience. Then, there is the menu. There are a variety of choices for all types of dietary approaches. Ingredients are clean, and where possible, local. Clean eaters are often obligated to sacrifice taste for quality. This is not the case at Sol. The choices are creative and delicious. We had cream of morel soup, buffalo burrata, followed by filets that were cooked precisely to temp and scallops that were sweet, buttery, and seared perfectly. Overall, we felt welcomed, appreciated, and cannot wait to return to Sol to try more of the chef’s creations.

If you are a true foodie and relish in making your taste buds do the tango, this is the place for you! This farm to table, family owned gem is foodie paradise! The restaurant is free of most common allergens, and caters to fish, meat, fowl and vegetarians. If you like to eat, yummy food, sourced from the finest farmers can supply, exquisitely prepared, Sol St Pete, should be at the top of your list. The service is wonderful, they make you feel as though you are dining with friends. I am trying new dishes each time I go as their menu changes with what they get from the farmers co-op. It does not disappoint. I have taken meat, fish, fowl eaters there and they have all walked away with their taste buds dancing! So St Pete is an experience you have to have, if you truly love good food.

Sol is a place like no other, a true gem of St. Pete!! Not only is the food incredible and always made from such whole ingredients but the staff is so welcoming and inviting every time we have been! It is a one of a kind experience, I wish I could eat there everyday!

Food delicious. Owners are exceptional! They stopped and talked to each table. Very cozy atmosphere. Almost like a small dinner party was going on. It is now our favorite restaurant

My husband and I came here for an anniversary dinner. Everything was amazing! Chefs Debbie & Ron are both so skilled in every aspect of running a restaurant. The fact that the food is uniquely gluten-free and allergy-free and locally sourced, adds to the wonderful experience. Our daughter and her partner have a wedding celebration dinner scheduled here for October and we are so looking forward to the entire experience. Sol St. Pete does not disappoint!
